This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. I will have a family member looking after the plants in the greenhouse to make sure all survive until I return! Blüttetag 49 und noch lange kein ende in sicht.die wächst prächtig und wird jeden tag etwas dicker an den buds. Sie verströmt einen herrlich zitronigen Duft und macht abgesehen davon keine anstalten. Ich denke sie wird noch 2 wochen benötigen, was die angegebene Blütezeit erstmals bei mir übersteigt. Bekanntlich muss gut ding weile haben also lassen wir uns überraschen. Wir hören uns kommenden sonntag growmies 🍀💚

🇩🇪 Ich war dann doch neugierig und hab mich dazu entschieden nach einer Woche einen Teil der restlichen Erde und den Rand vom Airpot zu entfernen um mal zu schauen wie sich die Wurzeln in dem Bereich machen. Und tatsächlich mehr oder wenige wie geplant und am Ende durch das verrutschen der Pflanzen oberhalb der Erde auch wie erwartet nicht ganz perfekt aber dennoch bin ich für den ersten Versuch sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn die Wurzel nicht von Fingerspitze zu Fingerspitze geht und sich der Stamm nicht mehr zur Seite sonder mehr nach oben verwachsen hat. Ist sie trotzdem sehr gelungen. Und kann sich die nächste Zeit erstmal wieder erholen und wird nur hier und da in Form gehalten. Happy growing💛✌️ 🇬🇧 I got curious and decided after a week to remove some of the remaining soil and the edge of the Airpot to see how the roots were doing in that area. And indeed, more or less as planned, and in the end, due to the plants shifting above the soil, it wasn't quite perfect, as expected, but I'm still very happy with it for the first attempt. Even though the root doesn't stretch from fingertip to fingertip and the stem has grown upwards instead of sideways, she still turned out very well and can now recover for a while and will only need occasional trimming. 29.8.2021 Sono tornato dopo 2 settimane di ferie e ho trovato purtroppo 1 cima dell Lsd con della muffa. C è stato parecchio caldo da noi e non potendo cambiare aria aprendo il box come facevo, ha creato le condizioni ideali x il crescere della muffa. Forse dovrò tagliare anche una cima di una sensi star. X il resto ho visto che le piante sono ingrassate, siamo arrivati al 116 giorno dal seme e a 52 giorni di fioritura, penso che il raccolto sia vicino🤤🤤 L lsd forse darò uma settimana in più, penso che arriverò a 10 settimane di fioritura. Looking For a Keeper cream of the crop seeds Purple paralysis 24th February 2021 5 weeks of flowering down and I've had a few dramas this week....... Firstly a thunderstorm ripped thru and snapped a few branches that I had to "mend" with some good old tape. I also needed to add ropes to help support the long branches. The second thing that is happening is a Catterpillar attack 😠 After the recent rains I have noticed hundreds of butterflies and Moths flying around my garden which in turn equals bloody little plant eating catterpillars. I have made up a strong mix of chilli and garlic that I intend to spray all over my garden asap. Other than those couple of issues the plants are still growing nicely and the buds are stacking up and developing lots of sticky resin glands. 👌 Cheers for stopping by 👍

Die Kabul entwickelt sich prima 👌. Ich habe mir heute nochmal die unteren Blätter sowie die zu kleine Blüten vorgenommen und abgeschnitten. Ich möchte fette Mainbuds 😊! Ich hoffe, das haut auch hin. Aber was soll schon dagegen sprechen. Alles ist im „ grünen „ Bereich und das Mädel hat auch ordentlich Durst. Es ist immer wieder schön diesen Prozess zu verfolgen. Ich liebe es einfach. What a happy girl! Have added no nutes yet and letting the soil do the work for now (NFTG4+extra perlite). I have done a second dosing of malted barley that was hand ground and dusted before watering. Seems to enjoy the soil and light so far. Wish I could get temps up reliably but the electric heater had temp swings that were going to cause issues, so she's gonna live in the 68-72 day time and 64 nighttime for now Also! Wanted to include a short video of her dancing in the wind😊

Run-off got pretty high on the plants in the main tent when I tested it this week (2300ppm) so I flushed the plants down to around 900 over a few water events with half-strength nutes (~450). I think this, plus (mainly) the plants being too close to the LED caused them to throw some foxtails - particularly the middle plant (although I still think that spindly shit is also partly due to the bag seed pheno). Noob mistake on my end and I didn't realize until it was too late. Now the light is turned down and the run-off is back in a good range. It got high because my auto-watering halos were mostly running off the pots and not sinking in - this is because I filled the pots to the brim with coco (another noob mistake). Looks like I'm hand watering until harvest :) Big Mumma in the blurple tent on the other hand is still killing it.. Apologies for having to upload videos of the microscope - too hard to hold it still and press the button for photos lol.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement.
