Coming in a day early and all is well in the tent. She grows roughly a node every two to three days. I literally watch her grow it’s crazy! I defoliated just a little bit and her smell is getting stronger, no pistils yet which means she’s gonna be huge “hopefully”. This is day 36 and I’m expecting to see some pistils by day 45. I won’t change up her nute schedule until I start seeing some pre-flowering only then I will cut back on the Gro and implement some KoolBloom alone with upping the Bloom. I’m excited to see this next week brings!

Evening all...back on it AGAIN!!!! Worst is, in the middle of a heat wave (Hottest day every recorded in this part of the world a couple of days in a row!!!)...still need to finish trimming my last crop!!! 😰 Will get that done over the next couple of days as these girls need rehoused!!! So, got a cloner at the start of the year...was planning on clone a spare wedding cake I had but that sort of went to pot and life got in the way and that didn't happen. As I also got a hold of an Ultrasonic Mist Generator, I thought I'd give this "Fogponics" Germination thing a go!!! Seeing as @Sweet_Seeds donated a few Magical Beans to my cause, I thought I'd give their genetics a whirl. The Red Hot cookies looked too cool to pass up on!!! So, got the beans popped on the 12th of July and by the Thursday, they were showing their wee heads. These are strong wee plants!!! Vigorous as you like!!! Got them into the 'fogponics' machine and let them rip (Under 2x11W T5 Sunblaster 6400K's and a Amazon Special LED light for extra Spectrum) and they seem to be coming on grand. Noticed some yellow spots on the leaves and in 2 minds if it was: A. calcium (As starter plugs are Coir and I didn't put calmag in the plug hydration mix - Jiffy Original plugs are supposed to be buffered for this!!!); B. if I should have broken and washed them out of the Coir and put them into straight Hydroton (The fog could have been saturating the Coir and choking the internal roots a bit) or C. if its just the abusive heat we've been having here (In a country where A/C is basically unheard off as heat doesn't exist outside!!! 😋). Roots are ripping out of the net pots now so they're about as ready for transplant as can be...just wanna give a day or 2 more to see if the heat here settles as I can't adequately cool the area they're going too - but then again, under LED so heat may be good as it doesn't heat the leaf surface up as much! Plus I have a couple of plants to trim...still hanging in their humidor tent when is needed again for growing! Think this will also be the retirement party for the Wilma. Going to build an Undercurrent Fallponics system when this run is done (Wont have time to get it setup before these girls need forever homes!!!). Have the crates bought and a bit of research done on how to DIY a build so hopefully this turns out to be a decent run. Also have a few people with building experience on hand to give advice. Since last grow: Lights have been upgraded to a Geekbeast 630W Pro LED (3500K Spectrum - UV 385nm and Far Red 730nm built in [won't use the 730's as they can't be run independent of the Main Lights...be wary of this if you buy one off Alibaba for the 730's built in!!!] - Will run the 385UV's though throughout the grow for more blue...will run then 3 hours after lights on to until 3hours before lights off). Also procured an InvisibleSun LED 730nm Flower Initiator (Will use this for EOD Far Red treatment to try a 13/11 flower cycle) and a Migro UVB310 fixture - For the Trikes!!! 😝. Have a Haliea 300A winging its way to me as we speak. Have some Non-Stick Micro-tips flying in from the Grand old US of A a will to get a better, more consistent yield. Excellent smell and taste from this strain will be growing it again! I have found little purple spots on the buds aswell looks great.

04/06/25: There’s not much to report today, which is exactly what I want to see at this stage. All five plants have recovered well from the transplant and topping, and they’re starting to look happy again. Leaves are upright, color is rich, and the overall posture of the plants suggests they’re back in growth mode. They’re beginning to bush out as expected, and I can tell the root systems are continuing to expand into the 1-gallon AirPots. Structurally, all five plants are still showing very similar growth patterns. The internode spacing and leaf size are fairly consistent across the board, and none of the plants are falling behind or surging too far ahead. That uniformity is great for managing the canopy later and suggests solid genetic stability across the seeds. If all goes to plan, I’ll top each of the four current branches in the next 4 to 5 days. That will give me a solid base for structure going into the final stages of veg. I expect that the final transplant into the 6.9-gallon AutoPot XL system will happen in about a week and a half to two weeks, depending on how quickly they root out the current pots. Ideally, I’ll be able to determine sex before that final transplant. That would let me cull any males and avoid wasting time and space in the larger pots. I’ll return with another update after the next topping session or if anything of note comes up before then.

Time to harvest the Gelato. In this run, it turned out to be one of the best-performing strains. The main cola is rock hard and super dense, with the branches bending under the weight. Now it’s time to dry it and see what the final result will be. Cheers!

Slt, déjà la fin de la semaine 5. Les plantes ont très bien récupérées de leur topping et de leur défoliation. Les plantes semblent être en bonne santé. Je viens juste de refaire une défoliation et du LST, pour avoir la structure voulu et donner toute l’énergie de la plante pour les tiges principales, en espérant que cela soit profitable aux plantes. J’espère ne pas m’être trompé.🙏 En photos et vidéos je montre avant et après la défoliation et le LST, et le fonctionnement du sytème d’irrigation. A la semaine prochaine... Hand Watering still EC 2.0 canna coco A&B pH. 5.5-5.8 light is 24 inch above 100% added 1ml/L of calmag on day 12. Day 13 - raised lights to 36 inches. At 100% PPFD of around 400. Plants started reacting very well. Turned Autopots on as well.

Yeah this strain finished in 9 weeks just like the guidelines say, tons of golf ball sized nugs. I could have got a better yield if I topped her earlier but I'm really happy with this grow. $20 investment and a quarter pound of weed in return. Outdoor plants really require very little to no maintenance, so if constantly pruning and training isn't something your interested in then go outdoors mate. In terms of how I grew this girl I just used a bit of cal-mag and amended the soil with organic nutrients before flowering. The organic notes saved my ass for flower. The yield may not be as much as many outdoor plant but again my first outdoor grow. I'm happy with the quality over quantity too. Thanks for all for stopping by!

Day 7 & 2 of the NHLs still havnt popped, transplanting the one NHL that did pop today! Day 12 think 1 of the orange sherbet have nute burn so flushing it out and dropping the dose a little hopefully that helps!

Everything went well I had to lay off the water for a week the medium was a little over water finally water today with nutes I seen some good Development this week in buds sites and branch growth I did lst last week so they might not look as tall thanks any Criticism or advice is welcomed

So it’s been 11 days since I last seen them we’ve had a couple showers of rain between that time, she’s started flowering.. Some animal has helped itself to a few tips and leaves, only took probably 2-3 tops and a couple leaves but mustn’t of enjoyed it.. I hope so anyway. 🤞 So everyone how does it look??
