Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! Things have been coming together very nicely, packing on very nice frost, buds have been foxtailing not too much but just enough, in result I lost some density to the buds which I don't particularly mind (my preference). The Terps are really nice and has simplified compared to last week when they were ever-changing. They know boast a black Cherry Punch forward Superboof flavor. Notes of ripe/rotten dank black cherries with that classic Superboof Orange rind/dankiness. The leaf rub gives a more sweeter black cherry wine almost smell with hints of bubblegum. Very nice change from the usual candies you see constantly nowadays. This is a dank one, every morning I wake up to the dank dank aromas of this plant filling the house. Quite a beautiful thing if I may say. All in all, one of my most favorite grows I've done too date! She's getting close to harvest if day another 2-3 weeks at most! Gonna check on trichomes soon but she's absolutely covered in trichs! I'll try and get better pictures!

This last week has been a good one. I've been watching the girls get so much fatter, it's actually awesome haha All 3 ladies look beautiful & are starting to display signs of the end in the leaves. I imagine next weeks flush will exacerbate these signs too. I dropped my feed down slightly as per the Professors Nutrients feeding schedule & pumped up the watering to 1L per day. The plants had no issues with taking the extra water & I would imagine it's helping the buds get that much thicker. I started defoliating mid week & particularily on Plant 3 to clear out any bigger leaves & leaves gaps to hopefully be filled + give the bigger buds some air. She's gotten the least amount of defoliation this grow as she's at the back of my tent. But she also has by far the bigger buds... so a good lesson learned for future grows. I also cut all LST wires at the end of this week & now all plants are holding their own. All plants trichs are looking nice & Plant 3 has more amber in the colouring, it also happens to have the bigger colas 😏 Plant's 1 & 2 trichs however appear to be more dense. The change of light cycle from last week has seemed beneficial with no negatives sighted, which has been good. It's hard to believe that this coming week is the start of the flush & my next post will be harvest. It's exciting! Check back for the harvest ✌️🏼

04/01/2023 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed Third week of bloom for my Banana 🍌🍌🍌 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - the girl responded well to the change in nutrients, so I continue to feed the same as last week when I adjusted the nutrients for flowering Jungle Environ X - bud stimulators 🌼 Bud Candy - bud stimulators 🌼 Atami - ATA Calmag - it is recommended to use Calmag when growing under LED lights I stopped the Hesi Root Complex - no longer recommended this week Training: LST: just a slight LST, I attached some small twigs with string to let more light shine on them 💡💡 Defoliation: I did more defoliation so that the leaves did not overshadow the already forming buds and the plant could breathe freely - Banana was not so leafy, but it still needed a good cut 🍃🍃 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000, the girls are doing amazing under this great light, I can see a big difference compared to my past results 💡💡💓 In general: The girl is very strong, she has a strong stem - trunk, that is the basis for a proper plant 🌴. It is a sativa, which is why it has the highest photoperiod in the tent. Buds are already forming at the ends of the twigs 🌸 and there are many branches 🌾. It resembles a small dense bush. Zur Zeit ist es echt sehr warm. Die Kabul steckt die Hitze weg, als wär es nichts. Sie fühlt sich pudelwohl. Sie wächst und gedeiht. Sie hat in der letzten Woche noch ein wenig an Höhe zugelegt. Jetzt ist es aber Zeit, mehr Masse aufzubauen. Ich sehe aber dahingehend keinerlei Probleme, da alles wunderschön grün ist und die Kabul ihre Energie in die Blüten stecken kann 😉. Unter anderem sind die unteren Blüten von mir entfernt worden, damit mehr Masse aufgebaut werden kann. Bis die Tage ✌️

Hola con esta semana ya quedamos al dia con el seguimiento ya que estaba atrasado en el tiempo. Se nota una producción de resina notable en esta genética que nos ha gustado mucho por su olor y estructura de las plantas . hemos creado un video por cada una de las 14 plantas del seguimiento, hay varias muy llamativas que están "pre-seleccionadas" para mantener a futuro, el olor que se llega a sentir es muy florar y dulce, si tienen alguna pregunta no duden en preguntar saludos. Hello with this week we are already up to date with the follow-up since I was late in time. There is a remarkable resin production in this genetics that we liked a lot for its smell and structure of plants. We have created a video for each of the 14 floors of the follow-up, there are several very striking that are "pre-selected" to keep in the future, the smell you get to feel is very flowery and sweet, if you have any questions do not hesitate to Ask greetings.

Final week (I think) This plant is just one big bud now. Smelling fantastic and looking gorgeous. Checked the terpenes this morning a only a few more amber which makes me think this light stretch another week. Two florakleen flushes now so from here on out it’s just water. (Thursday) So believe it or not I don’t think this is going to be finished this weekend as I had hoped. It still might have another week left. Only starting to see multiple amber trichomes under the microscope and I don’t really want to rush it based on what my timeline should be. I want this to be perfect or as close to it as possible based on my skill set. Going to ride it out with just ph water and see how it goes.
