We have 3 clones, 2 just regular clones taken in veg and 1 clone a few weeks later once in the early budding of the flower. Will be a good side-by-side visual comparison of the benefits of monstercropping. They have been kept at a minimal photosynthetic rate for 3-4 weeks under predominantly blue light 💙 to try to shorten internodal spacing. (Yes it could be faster) No rushhhhh. Starting diary at week 1 germination but in reality, they are fully stabilized and at least a month old. Just to get stuck right in I decided to super crop the base of the stem early hoping it creates a strong knuckle. This may backfire incredibly, only time will tell. Also topped it too, never topped a flower bud before but oh well, if this wee plant survives it's gonna be something. Initially, I wanted to start it in a regular pot as this creates a solid rootball base before upsizing it to air-pots.

Amnesia Skunk — Week 11 from Seed (Week 7 Flower) 12/12 from seed — structure meets speed. She’s not asking for anything anymore. She’s just… becoming. ⸻ Quick Recap — How We Got Here From day one, this run has been about balance over control. 12/12 from seed set the rhythm early— No wasted time, no unnecessary stress, just a straight path from structure into flower. Stable environment. Consistent feeding. No chasing, no overcorrecting. And most importantly— We let the plants grow towards the light, not the other way around. What you’re seeing now is not luck. It’s the result of early decisions compounding over time. ⸻ Week 7 Flower — The Quiet Phase This is one of those weeks where… if you’re doing a lot, you’re probably doing too much. No major changes. No sudden inputs. No “let’s try this.” Just: – Observing – Maintaining – Respecting the process Environment remains locked: Same temps, same humidity, same feeding rhythm. Hand watering continues—intentional, controlled, present. PPFD sits around 800–1000, depending on position in the canopy. No chasing perfect numbers—just letting each plant meet the light in her own way. And she responds. ⸻ What We’re Seeing – Buds stacking with confidence – Structure holding the weight – Resin building quietly, layer by layer – Aromas starting to speak louder every day That classic Amnesia expression is coming through now— Sharp, complex, alive. This is where patience becomes visible. ⸻ What We’re Watching This is not a “do more” week. This is a “pay attention” week. Eyes open for: – Excess moisture pockets → bud rot risk – Airflow consistency through the canopy – Early signs of mildew – Any late-stage stress signals Because at this stage, small issues don’t stay small. Mr. Baggy is on full inspection duty 🕵️‍♂️ Nothing slips. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week We’re entering the refinement window. – Buds will begin to tighten and swell – Resin production will accelerate – Aromas will intensify even more – The plant will slowly start shifting energy toward final maturation No rush. No force. Just guiding her to the finish line. ⸻ Final Note Sometimes doing nothing… is doing everything. Because observation is action. Patience is technique. And restraint is part of the craft. ⸻ Gratitude To everyone following this journey— The day ones. The new ones. The silent watchers. The loud supporters. The skeptics. The believers. To the platform. To the community. To the genetics. To the partners. And to every grower out there learning, failing, improving. This is for all of you. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. This was a fun week. She continued to stretch and started to show some flower at the end of the week. I popsicled her to clean her up under the canopy. I'm trying to avoid getting a lot of popcorn when she finishes. I don't want anything under the trellis. She is really showing good growth, and will need some defoliation soon.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Great week for growing. As you can see 1 is very strong and started lst on it and 1 other. Transplanted June 5th at 3 weeks from germination into miracle grow pro mix hp and cattle manure for soil mix. Also switched to full nutes this week as they were responding well. Weather was decent and is looking better for the following week. Happy growing.

This week going good ,nothing going wrong. I just have to control the humidity. The RH% has been below 60-70% for vegetative. And right now I am using 3 humidifiers to ⬆️ that. And it’s dry out here and weather is bipolar . Good thing I am growing indoors :)

Cooling off at night, lots of dew, but being underneath my big Cherry Tree provides some relief. Did a big defoliation to help with airflow, removed quite a few inner branches that weren't keeping up with the canopy, but overall happy with the shape and structure, will probably just ride the rest out as it. Just water this week, spray of LCPT and a spray of BT for caterpillars. Will alternated LCPT / BT ever 3-4 days. Flowering is looking great, very aggressive TONS of pistils, trichomes developing as well, going to be 6 weeks at least, if the weather can hold out that long that is!

My first issue with a deficiency happened on 4/20. I’m hoping it was Molybdenum deficiency vs Nitrogen. But added a little base veg in to boost up N in case. Feel free to let me know what you think the issue could be. Seems to be coloring its leaves a week early. But the nugs are looking great and smelling like jet fuel. Putting into fall simulations this weekend. Day 32 on 4/22.
