Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week

Ending week 7 strong, no signs of nute burn and I'm pushing 2400+ ppm. Colas are developing nicely and the trichomes are beginning to develop, and smell very fruity and citrusy.

Aug 31: Overdose is doing fine and is now five weeks into flowering (or a week behind my two big photoperiods). I broke one of the main stems about a week after topping so it has a weird shape but there are lots of good bud sites so she’ll be fine. Shorter veg time than my two big photoperiod plants and only topped once because I was expecting an auto not a photoperiod plant. If it’s Overdose Fast I’m cool with that as I’ve decided that I prefer fast photos to autos which are more sensitive to setbacks and generally trickier to deal with at large scale. Sep 2: strong plant with lots of buds. Sep 4: adding some potassium silicate every couple days lately while watering.

Dosido was a fun plant to grow. Short stock indica dominant plant. It finished in late September and was susceptible to mold and bud rot. Lost a number of colas to rot, approximately 100gs dry. Very potent strain with unique terp profile. I did get a few seeds in it. I didn't spot any naner but I have germinated a few of the seeds, all female so I am assuming it self pollinated. I would recommend growing this strain but be extra cautious outdoors.

I am continuing the feedings of Plagron nutrients three times daily, and I'm monitoring the reservoir before each, adjusting the nutrient level to 650-700ppm @ 5.9-6.2 ph. The solution temperature is maintaining a steady 73-75℉. As a side note; as the weather gets colder I may install a heat mat, controlled by a thermostat, under the reservoir to ensure proper temp's in it. 10/27- Our weather has warmed up the past couple of days. Because of this I've had to lower the light output to 55% in order to keep the tent temp's below 82℉. The Strawberry Gorilla's are showing zero sign of heat stress so I'm not terribly concerned, especially as the weather will be dramatically cooling off in a day or two. I upped the nutrient ppm level to 800 with the addition of Plagron's Royal Rush 8-0-0 which will continue in their feeding through flower. I'll also be adding Plagron Green Sensation in another 7-10 days which will also continue through flowering. I'm continuing to tuck shade leaves daily on all three girls, and have been gently bending down their side branches as well. 10/29- Today I adjusted the feeding schedule for the Strawberry Gorilla's to six feeds a day. The first feed begins two hours after 'lights on', then every three hours until 'lights off' which the girls should enjoy! GEMINATION DAY! 3 of 3 have popped. I'm going t check the taproot again tomorrow and plant them as well. Just waiting another 12- 18 hours from a little more taproot growth.

pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

Overall I enjoyed this grow and learned a lot about living soil. Going for a slow dry, trim, then at least a one month cure. Hopefully another six days and I’ll update with a dry yield. My next batch is already cooking but with 5 gallon pots. 03/25 - Day 7 Drying B & C are done drying and have been in jars for a day now with RH ~60%. Total 3oz from B & C. Total 1.5oz from A & D

I cut another part of the girls, and the total is even greater than the first part! We wait another week for the final sums, but right now the flavor is unique.
