This week the plants seem to be adjusting well to the Mega Crop nutrients. Also the plants are doing well with the 19 hrs on & 5 hrs off light schedule. Today is January 31st which means it is time for another feeding. They received a 1/2 gal of feed each.

Today is the day my big bud seeds come out of the soil, they have all started to take root in 25 liters of soil without any problems

Day 56 from seed( 16 in flower): Merry Christmas Groomies , Sponsors and Grow Diaries Crew. Another amazing week of growing and developing has given me some of the most beautiful bud colours I have seen in a long time. Their singular structure on us is amazing and they look very psychedelic!!!. The smell coming off them at a touch is a very potent varnish and sweetness. They leave my hands tacky too now. Seeing their quick bud growth against my usual photoperiods is a shock too. I forgot how young they were and had my worries over their close finish time and current size. This was very short lived as from talking to other auto guys , it seems that Autos usually flower for as long as they are in veg period for before their actual flowering buds start , i.e 4 weeks veg-4 weeks flowering. These girls showed real flowers at day 38 from seed which would mean Day 76 for the finish potentially.That means another 20 days to get fatter and more frosty for a Jan 20, 8-9th finish. I expect from seed is a good start point but can add a week if seeds take their time to wake up ect.. I know it isnt an exact science so let's see. #1 This girl is stunning up close. she is covered with buds and her Los has been feeding her plenty with just water added. The pot is mulching all her old leaves too now so she will be helping feed the next plant in this pot ( fast buds fast flowering tester!!). She is very bushy but I love her look and am resisting the urge to defoliate her at the moment. I will do some at flowering day 21. #2 Is doing well next to her huge sister and certainly looks as many sites too. The coco and Mc are brilliant. her vibrant green will be pulling all that light in and working wonders towards her bud building too. # Is an oddity and looks like a cuckoo baby in a nest of blackbirds!!! She had none of the colours or psychedelic look at all but some of the smell . She is a good size and was a pale girl initially so I didnt train her much. Day 31 F and I’m cutting the extra P supplement, from now on they will take it only from my NPK all in one liquid base, im increasing K to help them in this final fattening etc . Welcome to my Alien Moonrocks Diary. Have to say, out of all 3 plants from original sensible seeds. They have been the biggest, easiest plants I've ever grown. They don't demand much in the way of nutrients are really great growers. The stems that come off from the nodes are huge. And have nice flower points that will no doubt make for some great harvests. (Touch bud). This lady has been ran off Terra Power and has loved the enzymes. The roots are practically coming out of all drainage holes at the end of the pot. The silca has really taken affect too make for really strong leafs and nodes that responsed really well to late LST. In her 1st week of pre flower she grew 13cm. I've been using my far red IR 730nm to increase the lighting time the plant is under and the change has been so rapid. Usually what takes the other females I grew, takes a week before I'd see pistils. Within 2 days I've seen pistils and well has came together really well. All her flower sites on top & below they are all showing signs of sex and throwing it pistils.. can't wait to see her in a few weeks to see her true pedigree. week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

81th TOTAL GROW DAY, 40th BLOOMING DAY: Flushed suddenly down to 0,4, alternating with pure RO water, 0,03 or so. Dealing with a hot summer can't keep lower temps, sure there'd be more colours if temps were decreasing... But no complains at all, it's a fruity- skunky breath in the air.

Mainlining is progressing nicely. The main stem was topped at the 3rd node, and each main branch was topped again at the 3rd node to build a clean and symmetrical manifold. I always wait until the branches have 5 nodes before topping, to make sure the plant is strong enough to handle the stress. This week I performed a selective defoliation and some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep everything level. I’m still deciding between 8 or 12 main colas, depending on how the plant continues to respond. In the video you can clearly see the before and after of defoliation and training 🌱💪

5/14 - Day 54/Day 14 Flower Water uptake is increasing significantly. Been watering about a half gallon to a gallon every 3 days. Stretch has started to begin so I've been starting to get more aggressive with the LST. Darker green color has started to return to the leaves. No signs of deficiencies and my girl looks happy and healthy.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. I'm pretty confident it's not a PH issue at this point. Seems plants are rapidily soaking up the nutrients in the water. I also found 8 or 9 fan leaves with slight nutrient burn a few days ago. Nutrient burn seems to have tapered off and haven't noticed any spreading. Going to try adding an additional watering to the schedule to see what happens. I'm hesitant to mix stronger nutrients due to nutrient burn I started to see earlier this week. At the same time, need to figure out the cause of the nutrient deficiencies. I'm currently using the Light Feeding Schedule from Mills Nutrients (says "light", but is still 2.06 EC including 0.54 EC for water + CalMag) Need to switch to flower soon but need to figure out deficiency issues before the switch. Defoliation: * Removed quite a bit of fan leaves suffocating nodes. Girls are 10lbs lighter. Despite the nutrient issues, the girls have been filling out fast. Did a timelapse over the past couple days and can see significant growth in a short period. Seeing as this is my first grow, I’m still learning to read the plant and know what’s going on. Think I’ve developed some fairly advanced leaf septoria. Might not be bad enough to affect the end result, but I’m pretty clueless, so I put up a question about it. Hoping to hear back from more experienced growers about what I’m looking at. Going on week 7 of flower, week 6 if we’re going off of the first pistils, when the breeder recommends 8-9. So I know I’m coming up to the end of things. Cutting back on nutes due to some burnt tips. Not any substantial amount, but put EC on the lower side of the range that GH recommends for its stage in life. Buds smell amazing and seem to be developing great IMO. Had to tie a few down to bring the canopy all to one level again. Didn’t think that sticking my arm down the leaves for 2 seconds worth of tie wrapping would make my arm hair all super sticky for hours. Lol. Every experience is a good learning experience for my first grow.

so this was the last week before harvest.. i intended to cut her down christmas day but decided to put her in 2 days of darkness before the chop.. she is now harvested an sat for a few days be4 entering jars for a curing.. the smell and these nugs is so yummi 😅

Week 3 and starting to train these lovely ladies

I like this plant it’s not to big and not to small. I’m still trying to give it enough nutrients it is a super heavy feeder. It keeps wanting more and more nutrients I’m excited to see how this one turns out
