Tentei fazer um scrog na última semana mas a planta estava pedindo mais espaço pra crescer, então trouxe ela pro meio do grow e deixei todo esse ambiente para ela, ela continua muito forte e sem nenhum sinal de estresse. Não colocava muita fé nessa strain mas confesso que já sonho com uma grande colheita!

So 7 days after the start of germination all seeds have germinated and broken through the soil, only one of the seeds haven’t yet unfolded her leaves and that might have been because i helped her get the seed off to early but overall it is looking good and week one of veeg is about to begin.

16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! Fastbuds Mystery seed #1 is doing well, she has stayed bushier relative to the RQS Northern Lights, also there has not been so much growth. The bud sites are developing well and have tight internodal spacing. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time. I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. Starting week 3 flower i have defoliated most of the yellow leafs and the leafs that were blocking the light and also done some final LST to even out the canopy a bit more And trimmed away lower growth the humidity is slightly high because they just got fed aother than that everything seems to look good ☺️

Week 5 of Vegetation It was really a great week⬆️🌱. The Gelato has really stretched out... 16 cm in a week. I’ve already tied the lower shoots back a bit so they’ll get more sun during the flowering phase. I’ve noticed a slight discoloration on the tips of the leaves… maybe I watered it a little too much. 🌊 Still, it was a great week… and I hope it transitions into the flowering phase soon. 🌸?

Was playing around with time lapse and caught one of my girls moving to adjust growth for position in the new tent thought it was pretty cool I am going to be getting a quality cam for doing professional time lapses soon I'm so excited😍

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Things going well so far (fingers crossed) I did have a slight problem with a tray and it's pump. Hence why 2 plants smaller then the other 2. However have fixed that (put a new pump in) will keep an eye on them over next couple days..

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Slight mishap on one of my plants. A SIP had cracked and wasn’t holding water unbeknownst to me. She as drooping bad, once I flooded her and got her into a new SIP she perked right back. I did quite a bit of defoliation, cut back fan leaves that were shading buds.
