This week we are ready to bring the Pineapple Express and blue dream inside for a dark period for chopping. The sour diesel and northern lights should be ready next week. Expert haze is pre flowering and the clone is showing small roots.

2018-03-20 Week 12 Day 1 New week and not much to say. No water or nutes today, just the regular weekly check to see that they look nice and healthy. Raised the lamp about 10 cm to make sure that the girls don't get burned again. Power Plant XL nr1 is 55 cm Power Plant XL nr2 is 49 cm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Strain information Genetics for the famous Power Plant were captured by a group of Dutch growers on a trip to South Africa, back in the 90’s. They managed to breed a strain that was soon a popular choice in coffee shops of the Netherlands, most likely due to the soaring and intense Sativa high. Zambeza Seeds thought that the productiveness of Power Plant should never be forgotten and created an updated version, to bring the legend back to live. Power Plant XL yields up to 600-750g/m² in a flowering period of approximately 55 days! The efficiency and productiveness of Power Plant XL fears no comparison with many recently bred cannabis strains. Indoor heights of 80-110cm make this sativa-dominant variety relatively easy to grow, but outdoor growers need to be aware of the power that is being released under the sun. Outdoor plants can easily reach heights of 150-200cm, and yields of 500-600g per plant. The taste of Power Plant XL can be described as a delightful blend of sweet and sour flavours, with subtle hints of pine tree in the background. Sorry I have not updated in some time. A lot of the missed time was me recovering from hand surgery. In this time, I was not able to move plant and tend to them. Then, at the start of the new year, GD was acting horrible. It would allow some updates and then reject others. Luckily it was still allowing harvest updates. The flower has a strawberry berry smell. Strawberry flower is my favorite. It is super frosty, and smells delicious. I did lose half of the canopy during flowering. As it was too close to the fan. Causing it to l wind burned a lot and ate away at the plant as it grew. She did alright for what I could do 1 handed. 7/9: The Twins are growing well. Runt Danny is just a regular plant now but still a runt compared to the perfect twin Arnold on the right. Still waiting until 3rd week of July to flip to flower so my upcoming trip doesn't interfere with watching over it or coming back to a timer malfunction etc. Still going light on the Advanced Nutes. All new growth since the switch to the PH Perfect system is burn free compared to the old. Only problem is still a bit of PH flux when the pots dry out between feedings but it's only spotting on 1-2 leaves per plant, overall they seem to be getting used to it now. Another reason why I postponed the flip to flower. I'm a bit on the nervous side but very excited for flip just for the sheer stretch and size these things are supposed to get. 👆

Yesterday I finally managed to flush. I used Advanced Nutrients' Flawless Finish for the first three rinses, then just plain water. I still couldn't get it below 250 ppm. The buds are doing well and are using the last bits of nutrients very well, in my opinion. I plan to continue with it for another week, still using plain water, and then harvest. 🖖 🌴

A it late with the update as I broke my phone,. To say it was my 1st harvest was very pleased with the outcome, 38grams dry of mostly tight nugs, trichomes on the main colas were turning Amber so cut those down couple of days earlier and left lower nugs to develop a bit more. Cured for 2 weeks now and buds smelling and smoking great, smooth taste and full of flavour! Next crop been planted very soon.

Dec 12 @1am: Her light schedule was been bumped down to 14 hrs. I have a photoperiod in the tent that needs a few days for harvest. Haze is now under the 1000W Phlizon/245W power draw lighting. Dec 12 @2:30am: New pot has been amended with approximately 65% fresh coco coir, about 20% worm castings,15% perlite and 17 tablespoons/51 teaspoons (12.75 teaspoons per gallon) in a 4 gallon pot. The pot will be thoroughly rinsed to rid salts from the old coco coir used in the pot. Dec 12 @6pm: Approximately 1" tall Dec 12: I think my dog got ahold of one of her cotyledons, unless it just disappeared. :) Dec 14 @2am: Transplanted to the newly amended pot. I watered her and the fresh coco coir mix she was transplanted into. Dec 14 @11:30pm: Her lighting went from 14 hrs to 24 with both veg and bloom lights on. (Photoperiod in tent harvested)

Last week I removed several leaves that dried out. Overall the plant is suffering from light exposure and now I have reached the maximum height for the lamp in the tent. The plant did not grow this week staying around 62cm. I found some roots on the surface and covered them with more soil. I have noticed no substantial changes in the buds and I am not sure whether the general dryness is affecting them. I have purchased a ph solution to tackle that issue hope not too late. I am still confident I to get a decent outcome in a couple of weeks.

hello, the time-lapse was good got to see the real time PK boost I let the girls go till dry i think i will keep them moist as the roots are all down to the bottom and the sides. I want the plant to drink as much as possible for the flowering stage. top dressed in worm castings last week and flower girl dry amendments along with the pk boost on the 17th it looks like it might of been a little heavy handed but nothing to serious with this so far. just water and mammoth p till the end the last blast of cal mag to free up the PK.
