DAY 56 flowering: Hi all and welcome to any new visitors too. We are at the near end point now with this 1st run of the viparspectra xs1500. It has been a very pleasant experience and also a humbling one too. I never expected the performance it has proven and initially thought I would struggle to find a practical way of incorporating it into my set up and to see what it had got to offer. Deciding to go the route I have was more driven by the lights abilities to perform wat better than I anticipated. The 5 seedlings soon became 5 big ladies that would have been impossible to squeeze under the 2x2 flowering coverage They did however, get an amazing start right up to flowering beginning before I had to choose who stayed under the xs1500. The 2 that I mainly diary for the lights ability are the focus of the journal but I have to include a little on the other strains due to their initial support from the light and to also include the Gorilla cookies as they are amazing plants. They are both so close to ready now and sadly one of the mains has been hit with an little bud rot from its density. The buds smell so candy sweet now too. I will be keeping a very vigilant eye on these now. Grandaddys mimosa had continued her swelling from using the #Shogun Dragon force and is a perfect example of how the product works in the final 2 weeks of flowering , when usually they are fading out to finish. The buds have doubled in girth with an absolutely solid feel to them too . The light has helped create some very hard buds. No signs of whisky popcorn at all and each stack is a solid spike of flowering plant. For such a squat girl, she is so impressive. She smells so fruity with a hint of citrus to her and she is engulfing all the leaves that had been poking out previously. I think she will be a surprise yield next week !. The Northern lights girls are both doing really well too with the #2 mutant starting to ripen up finally now. She is still way taller than her sister but has sone long node gaps. #1 is totally different, she is a spiked monster compared and her colas are taking on a nice pale orange colour as they ripen. I do think she will go another week before being ready to consider harvest. She is still so fresh looking in a lot of places that I dont want to rush her at all. The light has managed to penetrate deep enough into the plant to create long spiked colas with no issues down low in the canopy with whispy popcorn to mention either. This is a very positive point to mention as some l.e.d do not get the penetration needed to do more than create a top canopy with poor light reaching deeper and not supplying the par they need. This light does not have that issue by a long shot. It penetrates like "Dirk diggler" and reaches all those important ladies parts !!!.... I am most impressed by the mimosa so far and as a 1st gen cross auto of a mimosa lemon Male sacks and a random multi strain seeding from its pollen release , I have ended up with a good amount of crossed autos from trusted and stable strains. It can be fun growing these out and so far this is the 3rd from the batch that I have successfully run. Aside from the benefits of the end products we get , the journey we go on can be an amazing and eye openening experience. If you start to investigate how these plants really live , love and die and how they use the network of available systems to communicate and build our much loved bud factories , you will find it hard to climb out of that rabbit hole . Finding out that fungi is not the man everyone wants to party with but IS a complex communication system used in nature to meet the needs of the whole forest/fauna in unison is life changing !!!!!. At day 57, they are now going into a 48hr dark period before harvesting . I did have a couple of bud rot issues in one or two buds due to the density of their growth. I am hoping to keepnot at bay during the low and slow dry after trimming wet this time. I will update their yield ect once they finish. Pics dont do them justice and they smell so sweet. Al 09/02/24 se pueden ver a las plantas bastante sanas, no han mostrado ningún síntoma de stress por el transplante. Esta semana he aumentado la dosis de agua a 3. Litros, El drenaje del riego me tiro un ph de 5.7 y una ec de 2000.

Que pasa familia. Noticias buenas y malas, de 3 ejemplares, uno nos salió hermafrodita. Empezó a formar plátanos esta semana y al estar tirándolos en ramas distintas, cortamos por lo sano y ADIÓS. Quedan 2 subimos cantidad de comida, pegaron buen estirón, y las flores están formando sin problema alguno. Dejo muchas imágenes y vídeos de esta semana, y ya deducen ustedes.

Que hay familia, vamos con la octava semana de floración de estas Apple Fritter de Zamnesia. La temperatura está entre los 21/24 grados, la humedad está entorno al 55%, y el ph lo mantengo ahora al principio en 6.2, el foco por supuesto está enchufado 12 horas , estan creciendo bien fuertes. Y aparte añadimos nutrientes de Agrobeta, que no puede faltar semejante gama. Todo correcto hasta ahora, ya van madurando las flores y ya están bien resinosas, estas próximas semanas veremos cómo avanzan. Die erste Woche ist da die Pfalze in der Mitte hat leider ihren Samen erst recht spät abgeworfen. Deswegen glaube ich das die bisschen gespargelt hat. Die Pflnazen schlucken langsam immer mehr Wasser. Sie fangen sehr leicht an zu riechen. Luftfeuchtigkeit immer zwischen 60-70 % Temperatur 20-25 grad

Vamos familia que ya actualizamos la cosecha de estas Candy Rain de Zamnesia, para el concurso POWER BUDS Plagron x Zamnesia CONTEST. Ya era hora de cosechar, estoy bastante contento con los resultados. Vaya flores que se han marcado repletas de tricomas, y las flores se marcan aromas dulces y afrutados. Es una variedad bastante fácil de cultivar y muy resistente, crecieron desde el principio bien vigorosas, sin problemas y al final de todo recompensó. Las condiciones ambiéntales han sido máximas en 25 y mínimas en 20 y una humedad estable en torno al 36% al final de floración y en el secado. Got these harvested, and wow oh wow do they smell like dessert. I decided to hang dry these since the weather has been almost perfect conditions. All in all a super easy strain to grow that produces amazing flowers good for either flower or extracts. Happy Growing

week 4ish. the supercropping failed. the branches insisted on just coming back up no matter how much i pinched them back down ,probably had to tie them but.... fuck it. so some burnt leave tips from being too close to the light.

This is when I changed to spider farmer SE300. Wow this light is amazing the full spectrum light. The dimmable light adjustment is sweeet. It’s like opening a Christmas present 😂

I started with the flushing for these little girls who have started to turn purple .... the smell is very strong and it is really AMAZING The buds are literally covered with powerful glue that just touching them release a strong and pleasant smell .... 02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

week 3 flower is going great. I increased my UVA lights to 8 hrs on. Gsc and Blueberry have decent bud-lets already on day 17. OG kush has preflowers. waiting on Blueberry muffin to show pre fowers should be soon. At the end of week 3 GSC and Blueberry are doing the best and starting to get more trichomes. Im waiting on OG kush And Blueberry Muffin to really get going!

Havested about 90 days after seed posed. She is a kind of giant: about 1.8 Kg of buds and branches from only one plant. The buds seems a little bit dry. I hope this will be not a problem after cure.

Transplanted her/him who knows to a 10 Gallon pot. I will veg her for another week or more the flower.

Started smell,but I think is so small what do you think ? Maybe I do something wrong? It's my first lst in my life let me now what I can do better;)

Slowly lowering day temperature to get smallest diferencies between day/night temps for smoother better terpies And humidity lowering under 50% helps buds get densier . Still ONLY water .

Update from last week that I forgot: I gave her a final feed at 75%... WEEK 25 DAY 1 ... omg... 😂😂😂 It really took me half a year to finish this one... unbelievable... 😅 Well, so far I'm still super happy. Everything seems to go just fine but I'll never do this again..haha.. (vegging under a 50W bulb xD)... Soooo... looking at the trichs, I think the harvest window has just opened. There's still a lot of clear but the cloudy ones are starting to come and there's already a little amber on the leaves. I suppose I'm really close to harvest now. I'll be flushing her next time for sure. First, I'll feed her a low nutrient solution, maybe around 25% and half of the usual water quantity because I'm not that sure about when she really finishes so she dries out more quickly. Next, I'll use Grotek Final Flush right before I'll chop her down. I don't want to use this right away because last time my plants were dying a bit too fast so.. not to be repeated ;) Getting impatient now. Hopefully it will be a White Christmas...haha! DAY 2 Gave her one last feed at 25%. Poured only half of the usual water quantity. Left the BloomComplex totally aside because she seems like she's doing a little 'clawing'. Maybe there's too much Nitrogene? Trichs are beginning to get cloudy, with a little amber in between. I'll flush her with plain ph'd water tomorrow probably or should I wait some more days? What do you think? I'm never sure when the time is right... :/ DAY 3 I just took some more pictures with a macro lens attached to my iPhone. Seems like the buds in the middle do have way more amber than the other ones around which have swollen more compared to the ones in the middle but have less amber. The last days, I didn't check the ones in the middle so I changed my mind. I just flushed her with Grotek Final Flush. I'll wait for some hours for the solution to break down the salts and then I'll flush again to get rid of the flushing solution. I'm also gonna switch the timetable to 8/16. (16 hours of dark) and I'll drop the temperatures some 2 more degrees.

Hung up my new California Lightworks UVB supplement light. I think I originally hung it a bit too close (18 inches from canopy) based on the subtle color change in the leaves, so I raised it up to 24" above the canopy. I was most certainly skeptical, since this is my first time using UVB, but even over the course of its first week under the bulbs I've notice a visible increase in trichomes. Now I guess won't know whether or not this would have happened anyway, but the sticky diamond coated buds sure are making me smile. 😁

10 weeks total for the first phenos and a bit more than 11 for the last one! I could have easily gotten double the projected yield on these had I not neglected them but whatever I pulled is rock hard, dusted in sugar and smells absolutely stupendous! You did it again FastBuds!
