Good week so far, I laid my net down , always a Nice feeling when the net goes down and I can start focusing on creating my canopy. I will start bending my branches out to fill the net space up and to create room for lower branches to get some light. I defoliated a bit and stripped the lower branches just after I took these pictures , i know there are different schools of thought surrounding defoliating so soon into flowering , but im doing hst and i like to see what I'm doing dealing with and what my branches are producing. I'm happy so far

she is doing really well. we are at the beginning of week 5. she is currently getting a lot of rain. but also enough sun and daylight. you can clearly see that she is preparing for the flowering phase. i have not used any growing techniques on her. just sunlight and fertiliser.

Now we are going to week four, the plants have started to really vegetate, I have seen rapid growth in cannabis and other plants before, however, this strain is growing very large at a tremendous pace. I am having no issues so far, I am doing very light training and I started using pH down, as the plants ingest the nutrients the pH is rapidly rising. I hope to preserve perfect pH within the next week and continue on. I have been adding a gallon of water every three days to keep the reservoir at the right level. The plants are receiving a constant PPM of 400. Not only am I seeing five-finger leaves but I am also seeing seven-finger leaves. The plants are looking very healthy and there are no issues at all so far. I have Started to train the plants and started mainlining, I have also slightly defoliated the plant. This Plant is overgrowing the free seed from seedsmen. ( in hindsight I have never gotten any good free seeds from seedsmen) Science: There are a few ideas in this grow journal that I am toying with. The first idea is putting low-voltage conduction through the roots of the plants, I strongly believe that stimulating the the roots with electricity will induce larger and stronger vegetation. The other idea is blasting the plants with low decibel sound waves. We will see. There is another idea I have with string LED lights. However, I'm going to keep some of my secret sauce to myself.

I will say that I've transitioned to a completely Advanced Nutrients feeding system for this week Day 9 transplanted the girls into their final five gallon pots root development is extremely well for literally just over one week into veg Day 10 the girls have clearly recovered very well from transplant there are growing strong and healthy Welcome to day 14 last day of the week I decided to micro top as the ladies were ready. We were at the 4th node that's typically when I make her top at this point I'm not sure how many toppings I'm going to do but I don't want the plans becoming too large for the tent by doing too many tops

Week 3 of VEGETATION Wow... I love how this plant is growing and thriving.🌱 At the start of this vegetation week, I fertilized the Gelato with Neudorff's Azet tomato fertilizer.🍅 And it seems to have done it good. ⬆️ The last three days have been relatively cool and it looks like it’ll stay that way for a few more days. ❄️ But this strain seems to be handling it wonderfully so far. 7/7 17 days old. Calling this her first week of veg. She did not appear to be growing much for a few days after being transplanted. However in the last couple of days she has been putting on height. Now that she is growing again it seemed like a good time to top her. Topped her at the fifth node. A few of my previous grows I topped at the single leaves. This gave me two main branches that I just tied down. Then let all the branches grow up. Gave me a very uniform plant. 7/9 She has a very healthy dark green color. Her branches almost immediately started growing after being topped. I can see the difference in 2 days. Her nodes are very close together. 7/10. This lady has huge tits/leaves. Her leaves are so big they’re blocking out the light for the branches. I used some coat hanger to pull the leaves out of the way. Really her leaves are huge for her age. They’re almost the size of my hands and I’m 6,3. I pulled 1 leaf off to help open her up some. I will do some reading on this strain. I believe as she gets older she will look more sativa. Right now she looks heavy indica. 7/11 She broke ground 21 days ago. She graduated into veg 4 days ago. This plant is growing very nicely. 7/14 25 days old. Gave her water with liquid kelp. Her branches are quickly growing to the top. Would love to do some defoliation but I’m not. Other than a few 3 blade leaves in the center. Absolutely love her dark green color. So far the living soil is doing a great job. The company says just water. We will see. Ethos Genetics is top shelf. My friend grows mostly Ethos and these plants are just amazing. I was hunting for old school so I didn’t grow any Ethos until now. Old school is gone. I have never saw buds like these Ethos. This plant needs to come out close to or better than my friends. She is growing in organic living soil and her color is great. The only thing I added was myco supreme on her roots. The next time I water her she will get some liquid kelp and humic acid. The plant is relying on the living soil to eat. So I want to make sure her root system is very healthy and able to process nutrients.

Allmählich ist eine reguläre Triebform erkennbar, dennoch bilden sich die Triebe sehr langsam und eng anliegend aus. Sie fasziniert mich sehr und ich bin so gespannt, ob sie dann auch ordentlich so die Triebe ausbildet. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich die Pflanze entwickelt. Diese Woche habe ich die Pflanze Mal mit dem BioTabsNl Boom Boom Spray foliert. Hätte gedacht das die Gorilla Melon mehr stretchen will, aber Sie wächst eher sehr Kompakt. Bin trotzdem schon auf die Knospen gespannt.

Another great week here. Defoliated the girls throughout the week. Continue to do well and very healthy. They drink a good amount but nothing crazy. The frost is unreal! It's even on the fan leaves! I have a picture that shows the frost on the fan leaves. I can't believe the smells as well from these ladies! Cherry smells are strong! I love smelling the plants and my fingers when I defoliate the leaves. Watering daily or every other day. Also adding water to to self watering pots as needed. Starting to use the UVB today!! 🤞😎 Gonna start now at 30 minutes a day for a few days. Then slowly increase as we move forward. They already have a lot of trichomes, as you can see, and I'll look to increase those. I plan on harvesting these girls at week 8 to save the terps as much as possible. Let's go!

It's been a while, I know, but been too busy during this festives to keep the diary up... Damn spidermites! I've try to control them every day but it was too long in bloom to do something for this little creepers! I've decided to cut them and wash the buds as in a video made by Mr.Cervantes seen on youtube. I've mix 120ml of H2O2 in 10Lts of water, washed the buds for a couple of minute, rinse'em and then hanging for a couple of hours with a fan that gently blowin on them. So, mates, this journey has ended, I've learned a lot of things during this real first indoor grow, and this also thanks to you and your hint. Week 9 December 23rd Hooked up the microscope took some shots. Getting the dry room engineered and just trying to stay at least a step ahead . This rDWC adventure has been tricky indeed. I’m losing balance somewhere if you read the leaves up close you can see some “signs” and she has about a week left ish before we start the finish up process for harvest December 24th She has slowed down on nutrient consumption and water uptake December 25th I’m at the res change time .sitting at an EC of 1.0 . I have been adding ph distilled water for keeping water levels up and diluting while the vpd went up idk I’ll see what happens next and eventually be able to spot issues early on with better consistency.
