2020-06-13 Going heavier on nutrients now, I went too high with my initial amount. After pH, it was a whopping EC=2200!! Too much for these ones. I had to dilute this weeks nutrition down, so I have to estimate the nutrition levels as I had to add water and pH it. I started with a whopping 7.6 mL/Liter but probably ended up with about 6.5 mL/gallonI EC=1800/ now keep calimagic constant at 3.79 mL/gallon to help buffer the solution and keep the solution stable. The additional calimagic has stopped the spread of the rust spots and new leaves are a lighter green and have stopped turning dark! Success. 2020-06-14 Thinking about doing the last topping and LST session this week and then transitioning to bloom. Thoughts on that? I have them on a 'transition feed' right now that is very nutrient dense! Started about 950 ppm for the healthier looking plant. The 2nd plant is still getting slightly less nutrients but the magnesium deficiency hasn't appeared in the newest growth. Roots are growing crazy amounts every day! You can see that the 2nd bucket plant started making tons of roots out of the side of the bucket again. Nice to see the bounce back once given adequate nutrition. I have reduced expectations for that plant but it was definitely a lesson in how to prepare and interpret feeding schedules AND how your plant is reacting to them. 2020-06-15 Did some light defoliating today, removing a lot of the lower fan leaves and sucker branches/growth tips... Going to veg for the rest of the week and then change both over to flower. 2020-06 19 Day before nutrient change, they are growing too fast now!! ahhhh!! 2020-06-20 Day of nutrient change! Took them out of the grow tent while I swapped out the buckets.

Week 2 Both plants looking great so far , good growth rate 📈 and looking healthy so far. Boosting a bit nutrients to see how much they can take to maximize their potential starting later this week. Roots have been already all over the bottom of the pots while looking thick and healthy 💥 D4 Applied some foliar feed this morning while turning off the lights for an hour till they dried /sucked up all the juice from their leaves. mixture was basically water with 1ml/lt boost accelerator. Both look really nice and healthy in other news 🍀😅

The tropicana cherry is a magnificent plant. Its stocky and stout with really great node space. I love how solid she is and i just see such a good foundation for stretch. A really explosive week of growth. I pushed PPFD up to 310umols. Dimmers are at 60% which is drawing 224w plus 18w of DRRB. I have alos started Emerson effect ... Another The Emerson effect is triggered by the simultaneous exposure of plants to light in the deep red and far-red spectra Deep Red 660 nm /Far-Red 700 nm . A bit of boring science that explains why you need both far red and deep red in order to trigger Emerson. The effect occurs because photosynthesis is driven by two distinct pigment systems working in series:Photosystem II (PSII): Absorbs energy most efficiently at shorter wavelengths (higher frequencies), like 680 nm (441 THz). Photosystem I (PSI): Absorbs energy most efficiently at longer wavelengths (lower frequencies), specifically 700 nm (428 THz). When you provide only the higher frequency (deep red), PSI becomes a bottleneck. When you provide only the lower frequency (far-red), PSII is not sufficiently excited to provide electrons. Providing both frequencies simultaneously allows both systems to work at peak efficiency, resulting in a rate of photosynthesis that is greater than the sum of the two lights used individually. To understand the Emerson Effect, think of photosynthesis not as a single engine, but as a two-stage assembly line. What is the Emerson Effect? Discovered by Robert Emerson in 1957, this phenomenon shows that plants perform photosynthesis much more efficiently when they are hit by two specific types of light at the same time: Deep Red (660 nm) and Far-Red (700+ nm). If you give a plant only Far-Red light, photosynthesis is very slow. If you give it only Deep Red, it's better but still limited. However, when you give it both at once, the total rate of photosynthesis is significantly higher than if you just added the two results together (1+1=3). What is Happening? (The "Assembly Line") Inside the plant's chloroplasts, there are two "workstations" called Photosystem II (PSII) and Photosystem I (PSI). They work in series, meaning the first one must pass "parts" to the second one. PSII (The First Station): This station is tuned to catch Deep Red light (660 nm). It harvests electrons from water. PSI (The Second Station): This station is tuned to catch Far-Red light (700 nm). It takes the electrons from the first station and uses them to create energy (ATP and NADPH). The Problem: If you only provide Deep Red light, the first station works fast, but the second station can't keep up because it isn't being "powered" efficiently by that specific frequency. This creates a traffic jam of electrons. The Solution: By adding Far-Red light, you power up the second station. It now "pulls" the electrons from the first station much faster, clearing the traffic jam and making the whole assembly line run at full speed. The Benefits for The Grow Because i am using the Biotabs water-only method, my plants already have a steady supply of organic nutrients. Implementing the Emerson Effect offers several distinct advantages: Increased Biomass: Because the "engine" is running faster, the plant produces more sugars and carbohydrates, leading to heavier fruits or flowers. Faster Finishing: Plants often reach maturity sooner because they have more surplus energy to complete their life cycle. Better Light Penetration: Far-Red light is very good at passing through the upper leaves. This "wakes up" the lower parts of the plant that would otherwise be shaded, allowing the whole plant to contribute to growth. Enhanced Secondary Metabolites: In many crops, this synergistic light can stimulate the production of terpenes and antioxidants, improving the "quality" (smell, taste, and potency) of the final harvest. The "Sunrise/Sunset" Trick I am using 4x Invisible sun Far red/Deep red bars,they use high-quality Samsung LH351H (660nm Deep Red) and specific Far-Red (730nm) diodes for 10–15 minutes at the start or end of the light cycle. This mimics the natural shift in light at sunrise and sunset, "waking up" the photosystems or signaling the plant to go into "sleep mode" faster, which can further optimize the flowering cycle. Enviromentally i am chasing a VPD of about 1,1kpa. My room seem to sit nicely at lights on at 24c with no real drama and a little help from a 220W greenhouse bar radiator. Its using abot 4kw/h a day atm because my room is attached to the side of my house and its been -5c.. I have had to add some humidity as its also very dry atm. Im aiming for RH of 65% with my 24c but it is more around the 62s.. VPD is crucial and is the focus for this grow for me. The autopots and Biotabs make it so easy ican really just focus on perfect enviroment. A VPD of 1.0–1.2 kPa provides enough "atmospheric pull" to move calcium and magnesium up from the roots, which is critical for the rapid cell division happening now.. Plants will be flipped on Saturday which is their week 5 as im a bit behind.. As this happens i will push PPFD upto 4-500umols. by week 2 of flower. Thats the plan anyway..

02/01/2021 Going to sprout my last 2 Bluedreamatic seeds from (fast buds). Will be sprouting in mini greenhouse on heat mat. Once seedlings are ready they will be moved under 1000w MH for veg and flowering. 10+hours later they are on bottom of water and time for paper towels in baggie. 02/03/2021 1 seed sprouted and I dropped the other in soil 🙏 I hope because it disappeared! So got at least one Bluedreamatic on the way hoping to see other one sprout in mixing tray. 02/05/2021 She's above ground! Day #1 , currently under 150w compact flourecent 3 way bulb when first true leaves form (Not single finger let)I will start veg cycle under 1000w MH see you in 3-4 days for weekly update. topped seedling pot with vermiculite 1/2-3/4 inches leaving the cotdtyledons 1/2-3/4 inches above surface. Roots should fill up this container quickly, moved under1000w MH light for vegging. Seedling is 3-4 ft away from light but also off to the side no serious heat just about room temperature. I could not feel heat from light where I put seedling, comfortable on your skin is good for plants. 02/11/2021 It's day #6 above the soil, she is doing well already grown 2" above where I topped with vermiculite. At lights out I put her in humidity dome with my tomato seedlings main area of grow gets very cool at night,so I try to keep her at a better temp 72°f.

Day 135 (4.5 months) Day 72 since 12/12 ( for badazz og cheese) Reservoir change out today. 2 gals of water. 16 grams of full tilt.

This week, spent a little more time on the garden, Transplant, microbes on the soil, new 20 litres pot, and every day bending, to mantain an homogeneous canopy ... Fed some Green Explosion again because i want a little more branching , but im switching next week to Flowering nutes, but imma keep Veg nutes because autos seem to keep growing more when switchin ... But heyy im new with autos hahaha lets see what happens.... The plant is soo healthy at the moment :) --------------------- Micro Vita : Applied 6.60 grams for the 20 litres of soil, recommended is between 2-5g per 10l .... TopVeg: 2,5 ml when applied alone and 2 ml/l when used with Deep Underground or Green Explosion. Green Explosion: 0,5-1ml/l, always with TopVeg because of PH balance Deep Underground : From 1ml/L first weeks, and until now, 2ml/l. Irrigations : Everyday in the morning, alternating 1/2 with water and the other with nutes, but if the plan is dark dark green im irrigatin only water so id would be 1/3 in that case. #####Top Veg always balances the PH so im never using boosters without it (they have high ph like 8 - 10 ) --------------------- Take care GD !!! This was a big week of defoliating and lollipopping,,being that from pinning her down,,,and her laterals becoming their own leaders,,i have excess tops to work with,,which brings plenty of defoliating to keep the Bud sights with as much air and lumens drenching them,, It’s time to sit back and watch the grass grow

Ran out of Smart protein end of the first week, so it's plain water from here on out ! C99 chugging along, you can tell that any sort of exposure to the smart protein has lasting effects and the effects are proportional to the amount of smart protein available... it's not a nutrient so no nute burn no lock out ! witness the next generation of plant science ! witness it !! 🚀

Hello guys, almost in the end of week 6 - DAY 40 29/04/2020 Some of the plants shown really good improvement with nice stretch. Plant number 4 the one that i spotted TMV i think it was fake diagnostic, she seems fine, and on my window and balcony she doest catch to much sun so , she was back in grow tent on this week 6, and she started really fast to flower. Maximum height is 40 cm plant 2, and got her main cola lose few weeks ago because of an accident. but she recovered sending all the power the rest branches. they seem to be adapting fine to the 600W LED, i setted my LED on week 6 50 cm away from the highest plant. and now she its like 25 cm away, and with no signs of burning. i will let the LED on that position if everything stays OK. Plant number 3 still the one most small of all. And still not showing to much of the flowering, i think this one its a little bit late. But the end i think is promising. Lets see on the next Week how they are developing. My tent is becoming really tiny :D and i like that. But next time with this tent will grow maximum of 3 plants and bigger pots. Day 84..today I cut..

From this week on i stop with the vitarace. Further i keep her on the same diet. I try to keep everything as steady as possible the only thing im changing is the humidity. From now on im gonna keep it as low as possible around 40% The freaky plant is the only fuck factor in this growth she stays very small. I think she got more of a kush phenotype very bushy. We will see what kinda trick she's gonna pull.
