01-07-2024 This week has been phenomenal for the Banana Kosher Kush plants, they are loving their enviroment and their nutrients. Our Sugar Bomb Punch seedlings are going but our Lion Holdings Soil is not the best in comparison to the growth we've gotten from our Freedom Farms soil. Again only time will tell and we are keeping a close eye on them as always. Our Auto Power Plant seedlings are showing rapid growth and we will be transplanting them in the next two days to prevent too much shock. Our northern lights are struggling a bit as is our Girlscout Cookies but I will add some variations to feeding to see if that helps.

Pros: Well bouyz after 2 weeks of beasties and following a good flush the nugz are stacking up nice and dense. Blue dream have awesome, thick towering branches and no doubt will lead to some monster buds. White widow had some good growth but slower than the others but the trichrome production tops the others. The center gold leaf is still taking the lead on size and will most likely produce the most. Cons: the behemoth gold leaf in the corner would not slow down and is now, I believe, rootbound and possibly suffering from some rot. Select leaves in the center are turning yellow with brown spots and falling off. It doesn't seem to be affecting flowering but I took precaution by giving it a shot of root doctor. The white widow in the center is showing similar signs but at a way lesser extent. Could just be me overreacting but a few of the leaves are yellowed and wilted with small black spots (usually a sign of root problems). I usually leave some foliage randomly hanging at the lower section of the plants to remedy any problems that may arise before it gets out of control. Hopefully these issues don't progress and I can reap the rewards of a bountiful harvest. 4-5 weeks remaining.

This lady is incredible! Just going to town, starting her fade.... I've switched from the KoolBloom liquid to the dry formula now for her last weeks... and the EC is being brought down. Think I may have two more weeks with her? Certainly not more than 3... REALLY excited about this grow!

Hi there fellow cultivators, Here we go with flowering week 9 in our garden of chill. This week the focus was on let the girls shine and show off their lovely colours. They were able to give the most beautiful experience in this mature phase in terms of appearance.🍁🌱 I feel lucky every day when I open the tent and marvel at one of nature's most beautiful creature.🙏💚 I will miss growing in the next few months very bad. This week just watered with PH-d de chlorinated tap water. Day 60: One lady is going in to a darkness with the Shogun warrior. Flowering Day 62: This Girls are pretty much ready to harvest, i am letting them mature for a few days and in to 48 hours dark before harvest. On day 65 i am gonna make the chop chop.⚔️ The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno. Лью рипеном через день. Нижние маленькие бошечки потихоньку покуриваю =) они прут неплохо.

So I started this grow with thoughts of no till, closed loop, regenerative gardening….I was all out of Biobizz nutrients🤣. I made Jadaim Nettle and Comfrey ferments and put my trust in worm castings. I have produced a small but very frosty, super smelly plant. I bottom watered 5% of soil volume when dry and misted the top to keep it moist. I top fed every two weeks with a couple of handfuls of worm castings. I low stressed trained the plant at first sign of pistils and that’s it. Super easy grow. So the only negative is the super small plant. However it’s all relative growing in a little over a ft2 area with just 25 watts, means that 25 grams is a 1 gram/watt ratio. This is fine by me. Now the only thing I like doing as much as growing is consuming. I will update you with the smoke report, well vape report, when the buds have dried. Thanks for following along, grow with love✌️

Strain: 24K Kush (Seeds Genetics) – ook bekend als 24K Gold of Kosher Tangie (Kosher Kush x Tangie) Genetica: 60% Indica / 40% Sativa Type: Feminized Photoperiod Aantal planten: 4 Medium: Potgrond (organisch/basic soil) Potten: 7 liter fabric pots (stofpotten) – uitstekende drainage en wortelbeluchting Belichting: 415W Bestva LED full-spectrum, 12/12 schema Setup: Indoor in 120x120 cm tent (1.44 m²) – ruime tent voor stretch en LST, goede spreiding onder de lamp Week: Week 6 Flowering (zesde week bloei) Update Week 6 Flowering De stretch is grotendeels voorbij en de planten focussen nu volop op bud development! In week 6 bloei staan de 4 planten tussen de 55-85 cm hoog (gemiddeld ~65-75 cm). De Tangie-sativa invloed zorgde voor een duidelijke stretch in de eerste 2-3 weken (tot ~30-40% toename), maar nu stabiliseert de hoogte. De Kosher Kush-kant zorgt voor stevige, compacte structuur met bredere cola's die beginnen te vullen. Pistils (witte haartjes) zijn talrijk en beginnen hier en daar licht te kleuren naar oranje/bruin. De calyxen zwellen mooi op en de buds krijgen meer densiteit en hars – de eerste echte "fatty" look komt eraan. Hoogte: 55-85 cm (stretch grotendeels gestopt; totale hoogte blijft beheersbaar in de 120x120 cm tent dankzij LST) Structuur: Canopy nog vlak door eerdere LST, side branches goed gevuld. Bud sites ontwikkelen zich tot compacte, harsrijke clusters. Brede fan leaves beginnen licht te vergelen (normaal in mid-flower als de plant energie naar de buds stuurt). Gezondheid: Planten zien er sterk en productief uit – diep groen waar het telt, geen grote deficiënties of pests. Fabric pots blijven top presteren met goede drainage tijdens de hogere waterbehoefte. Belichting afstand: Bestva LED op ~30-45 cm – voldoende intensiteit voor bud swelling zonder burn. Gelijkmatige dekking over alle 4 planten. Water/voeding: Water elke 1-2 dagen (afhankelijk van potgewicht). pH 6.0-6.5. Volle bloom-voeding (hoog P/K, bijv. NPK 1-3-4 of 2-3-5 op 100% sterkte, plus CalMag). Extra PK-boost (zoals PK 13/14) kan helpen voor dikkere buds. Potgrond buffer is bijna op, dus consistent voeden is key. Omgeving: Temp 20-24°C (iets lager voor dichtere buds en terpenen), RV 40-45% (laag houden om schimmel te voorkomen bij dichtere cola's). Sterke airflow blijft cruciaal in de tent. De geur is nu duidelijk aanwezig: zoete citrus (mandarijn/orange van Tangie) met zware, skunky Kush-ondertoon – lekker pungent! Dit is het moment waarop de strain echt laat zien waarom ze geliefd is: harsrijke, dichte buds met potentie voor hoge THC.

🌿 Week 4 – Vegetative Stage Strain: Permanent Marker (Zamnesia Seeds) Project: Dognabis Cup Example Grow 🌍 ⸻ 💚 Growth Before the Flip The girls are still in veg, but they’re showing such strong, pre-flower-like development that it almost feels like they’re ahead of schedule. Internodal spacing is tight, leaf formation is elegant, and both phenos (PM#1 and PM#2) remain incredibly similar in structure, color, and vigor. They have a compact yet big presence, lush canopies with balanced symmetry. The consistency in these genetics is impressive, and they’ve kept their health spotless from the start. ⸻ 📸 Studio Shots This week, we brought them into the studio to capture their beauty one last time before they transition to flower. Deep greens, perfect leaf serration, and textbook node formation, they’re looking ready for the big stage. ⸻ 💧 Feeding – No Change in Recipe We continue with the same nutrient schedule as before: • Start Booster – To encourage strong root systems and microbial support • CalMag Boost – To ensure no deficiencies and strong cell walls • Regulator – For nutrient uptake efficiency and plant resilience • pH: ~6.1 • Feed EC: ~0.6 (pellets in the soil are still doing a lot of the work) This consistency is key, we want them steady and strong going into the flip. ⸻ 🌿 Environment & Measurements • Air Temp: ~31°C (slightly high, AC unit arriving soon to improve this) • Humidity: ~50% • CO₂: ~700 ppm • Soil Temp: ~25°C • Watering: ~1.5–2.0 L/day, triggered at ~25% soil dryness • Soil EC: ~2.0 (nutrient balance remains ideal) • PPFD: 760–780 µmol/m²/s, with natural variation due to untrained growth pattern ⸻ 🎓 Why the Data Matters Tracking PPFD, soil EC, dryness, temperature, and CO₂ isn’t just technical, it’s about reading the plants. Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. I wish all the other participants in this contest a successful conclusion and a good harvest! P.S. When I look at the frostiness of the buds as they grow, I get a bit scared...

Raspberry Ripple Number One and Two (Flowering Plants) This week is the final week of Flower, I am noticing milky coverage on both plants and some amber trichomes as well. I gave the last watering today of distilled, dechlorinated water, with no P.H. Adjustments at 7.2 PH. I plan to harvest April 11th. Number One Pheno- The Number One Pheno is fully swollen and ripe now. The colas are densely stacked on the canopy. The foliage is quite over-faded, with some leaves being so dried out they crumble to the touch. I don't know if this is because the plant was in a bit too small of a pot or if my light was a little much these final weeks of flower. It is definitely ready for harvest! It's smells are still heavy in the raspberry candy department, with those hints of earthy leather on the back swing. Giving the number one pheno a very unique musk. The resin is greasy and plentiful! I can't wait to take this one down and trim it up to see how it looks in a jar! Number Two Pheno- The Number Two Pheno held out a little longer in its 5 gallon pot, it's a bit smaller of a plant. It's about 65% faded now but it's trichomes look finished! It's trichomes are very stacked out and coat this plant in a snow film! It may look a little boring next to its sister color wise, but it still sports some purple and pink hues under all the frost and I still think it'll be a worthy smoke as well! It smells of a raspberry wine but with that hazy fruity power. Almost like a strong mimosa strain. Clones- The larger clones in the 55 inch 2x2 MarsHydro veg tent, were starting to drink through water quickly! Mostly the larger number one phenos. Which would consume the entire dryback of their full pots in one day. I transplanted all the plants in the 55 inch tent into square pots (2 gallons for the Number 2 Phenos, 3 gallons for the Number 1 Phenos) this should hold them over for 3 to 4 weeks, so I can harvest and dry my flowering plants. I was unable to transplant the clones in the smaller Mars Hydro 30 inch Clone Tent, due to space constraints. I'll be feeding them worm castings and Down to Earth Crab Meal tomorrow. All the clones are looking healthy and look like they would be great candidates for flowering or mother plants. Tech Upgrade- This week I was able to purchase a Photobio Phantom Par Meter at a local grow shop's going out of business sale. With this tool I'll be able to get a dead on map of my light intensity and adjust accordingly. This will be great to have when setting up my new HLG Blackbird next cycle. I also got some 15 gallon grass roots fabric pots to try in the flower room next cycle. I also reached out to AC infinity and have an upgraded Cloudray S6 Gen 2 Oscillating Clip Fan on the way. My Gen 1 fan broke and would no longer oscillate correctly. AC infinity replaced it free of charge with the latest model. I think that about sums up this week! I'm very excited to take these plants down and begin preparing for next cycle. I was extremely lucky to get such amazing results of my first Pheno hunt. I can't thank Mosca Seeds and Tiki Madman enough for selecting such great crosses. It's hard to believe I got these two seeds as a freebie pack, with another order. As I enter the ninth week of flowering, the progress of my thriving plant is nothing short of spectacular. Growth has been steady and impressive, thanks to the meticulous care provided by Plagron's line of premium nutrients. The buds have further developed in size and density, showing increased resin production, a sight to behold. The dedication to using quality nutrients has really paid off in terms of my plant's health and vigor. (1 mm spread around on random leaves) Also tops have yellowish/lime spots, might be rapid growth OR light bleach. Comment: Will monitor the burn. I guess I’m on the edge of EC. As for the light bleach I kept same lamp intensity and raised it 5 cm. That decreased ppfd by around 100. Keeping as is and monitor. DAY 2 Water 4x500 3x300 Visual: Looks good. No sign of trouble so far. DAY 3 Water 4x500 3x300 Visual: Looks good, Discovered a deadzone in opposite corner of lower fan. Pulled things from each other, created airflow. Comment: Begun flower bomb today. Pushed Ec from 2.0 to 2.3 Will Keep monitoring 👀 DAY 4 Water 4x500 3x300 Visual: Nice and frosty. - or at least there is some 😅 Comment: A/C arrived today! Pretty much the key to mastering VPD! 🌱💚⭐️ DAY 5 Water 4x500 3x300 Visual: All good, a bit of darkening+clawing begun. Comment: Increased Bloom to 8 ml/l Will reduce grow to 1,5 tomorrow and go back to 7 ml/l Bloom. If it straightens. Up Bloom to 8 ml/l Keeping Flower bomb 1 ml/l from now through week 7 of flower. EC today was around 2.5 DAY 6 Water 4x500 3x300 Visual: Burn and clawing has not worsened. Comment: New EC today is 2.2
