Hey friends,little plant update. All three doing very well and the smell from this plants already coming in very nice. The Rainbow Melon (in the front of the tent) was stretching a bit higher than the papaya sherbert (left back corner) and the Gorilla Melon (right back corner) so i installed a scrog net and maintained the canopy between them.

Start week 9 , Bio Bloom 4 ml/L + Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra 2 ml/L + CarboLoad 2 ml/L + Top Max 4 ml/L + Overdrive 2 ml/L (Ph 6.7).

She is in excellent shape and in good health. no nutrition problems the only thing that happened was to have been walking downstairs for a few days due to lack of water. quickly recovered 🌧️🌧️🌦️🌞

Ive been topping up with ro water since last weeks nutrient swap, which had gradually brought down the ppms from about 800 to 500. I pumped out the tank at the start of this week and replaced with ro water and final solution. Had to adjust the ph twice during the week and topped up with some more water. Planning on leaving the lights on for a couple more days then into darkness for 2-3 days and chop these ladies down. Flush seems to have gone well and can see the plants canabilising their leaves for the remaining nutrients

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. d.50 a few spots appeared on the leafs. gave a 10 ml dose of bio p k and waiting a week before giving a dose of orgatrex and bactrex edit: d.50 i also gave 0.5 ml of calmag from Biobizz edit d.53 will i be giving her the orgatrex and bactrex treatment ✌️🌞 d.53 she got 20 ml orgatrex, 1g of bactrex and 0.5 ml of biobizz calmag d.54 added scrog and did lst with clips to even out the height and space… still need to adjust it.

This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!

Great addition to the grow room

Last week, last round, last ride! What a lovely journey till know. I checked with my microscope the trichomes and are getting at right point cloudy. My pistils are on that 70% mark I rate, and think that just got the timing right before I exit the apartment. I also think that having a few days available I would have go on a little more. Can't wait to harvest!!!😉

Welcome to GhostGrow Chapter One by PoshGrow! 🌳 Week #9 6th week of flowering. Humidifier was raplaced with dehumidifier to maintain 50% rH. Still fighting some high temperature problems, it was very hot last week and this one so far in my city and the temperature in my grow room(not tent) is high 30s 32s... So i keep my tent open and ventilated with additional standing fan. All strains look healthy, happy and stacking up some nice weight, except 2 strains, Alaskan #2 and Alaskan #5. Alaskan #2 Looks good but still falls behind in flowering time, also looks abit streesed out and with smaller budsites, dont know what to expect to be honest. Alaskan #5 As mentioned last week got some serious Nitrogen deficiency to fight with. No results at this moment... Alaskan #4 Seems to be fastest strain so far, stacked good buds, hard as rock top ones. Started watering only with pH'ed water for flush before harvest, because it seems to go down first of all this grow run, also I started to check its trichomes with mini digital microscope. 90% are cloudy, other still clear. Gonna wait till 10% amber & 90% cloudy before chopping this girl down. Lemon and Blueberry doing perfect, stacking up well, all trichomes are crystal clear☺️ Watering when needed(2, sometime 3 times a week), every other watering I used Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big & Tiger Bloom. Except with Alaskan #5 watering, its more in experimenting mode with increased Grow Big dosage so wont be covering it here. UPDATE! JUNE 28TH. Uploaded 2 new videos and Alaskan #4 picture. Enjoy!

8/2/25 she seems extremely happy and very vigorous in her new controlled environment

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of veg. Well... I got this one repotted and got it out to the greenhouse. It's looking happy. It's got it's leaves turned towards to the sun now. Doing OK. It was 31*c in here yesterday... but it's cloudy today. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Flower day 49. Reduced light to 80%. Top watered one gallon each with half teaspoon recharge per gallon, stopping feed with build a bloom and ferment. Reservoir uptake has slowed down, added one gallon to each reservoir Peek at trichomes looks mostly cloudy. Will hopefully be harvesting in two weeks.

Starts slow then bursts into flowering and really packs on the weight the last week or two. Last run I chopped at their reccomended 9 weeks—I’d say that’s about 2-3 weeks short of what you really need to get the full potential of this particular strain. I notice the buds have developed substantially more with the extra time and without losing trichromatic potency. At just about 12 weeks this time she is mostly 50/50 cloudy amber. Last time was mostly cloudy so I’m hoping this time it’s a bit more couchlocky. I’ll report back with photos and a smoke report after the dry and cure.

The girls are doing well and hopefully will close to finishing soon , the smell is strong like candy but not as strong as the zkittlez which is extremely pungent
