The fbt29 is on day 77 and is a few weeks from harvest. Expecting her to go over 90 days. She's hella frosty and smells exactly like her sibling did. Great signs of stability from the fastbuds tester. Zkittlez and forgotten cookies are on day 40 and got their first training. Theyre in stretch since a few days ago. More big girls in the making :D Orange Sherbet is on day 20. So far she's on schedule. This strain seems to be sensitive to nitrogen. The grape walker kush and fugue state are on day 14 and are doing well after dealing with heat issues last week

Considering the tiny pot she gets a big dosis of Plagon nutrients every time I water. Still some nutrient deficiencies but that's inevitable in a 400ml container I'd say! 😇 She also got some homebrewed Stinging and Forest Nettle Tea, this plant is all about the Tea baby! And her buds will definately be enjoyed with a cup of Chai Tea 😆

8. Woche Sticky Broccoli Auto von Zamnesia hat die Strapazen vom Mainlining Prozess hinter sich gelassen und konzentriert sich nun auf die Ausbildung der Blüten. Mir gefällt die Sorte wirklich sehr gut bis jetzt, stress steckt sie gut weg, arbeitet Fleißig und Produktiv. Wenn sie mir auch noch von der Wirkung gefällt, werde ich sie wohl auch in Zukunft nochmal ausprobieren und dann normal wachsen lassen 😊

I've not had to trim any fan leaves they have all died on their own and I have just picked them off with tweezers apologies for the video I don't know what happened but I add smoked a doobie before 😂😵‍💫

Started off by setting up the growing environment and dialling everything in such as; RO Water for the RDWC hydroponic system. Water Heater being set at 20 degrees C. Water chiller being set at 21 degrees C. pH being set at 5.7/5.8 Room Temp and humidity 20/23 Degrees C / 60%/80%RH. Instead of using rockwool cubes to place my seeds, I put them directly into the clay pebbles. I then used a DIY humidity dome to place over the seeds until they make an appearance. I have been top feeding RO water every 6 hours. Foil was used to cover the net pot to ensure no light leaks were going into the system. Highly important in DWC. Will add some light nutrients once seeds are more established. Until the next one!

SECOND UPDATE - 27th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE (smoke report to follow) 16. Nov. 2019 - 15. Feb. 2020 - 90 Days grown from Seed - Topped at Day 22 37g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 20/2/2020 and are currently between 61-63%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. She's a beauty, her colors, her stickiness, everything. Her fade 😍😍😍She took well to late topping & nutrients, didn't show any overfeeding etc.; Lots of crystals started showing at the beginning of week 9; Started fading in Week 10 (might have been enhanced by Flawless Finish). Pink & Yellow leaves, orange hair, soooooooo many crystals. I’m in love whooooaaaaaaa 😍 Trimming her took me 2 days, never have I trimmed a plant that sticky, it's not hard, since only my 2nd grow, still... WOW 😍She was almost crumbling of glitter, very different experience from trimming the other plants. I tried collecting all her kief, just moving her from tray to tray, she lost a lot. I must say, collecting kief sucks, I don't have the right tools, it seems. Please share your trimming & collecting technique and tools. Also she lost a lot of calyxes, I was surprised there was still something on it 😱I collected those too hehe, who knows, maybe I decorate a Cannagar with it, this will be my next project. Feb 2020 - in jars @63% Total wet - no trim - 316g Total wet - trimmed - 205g Total dry - no trim - 63g Total dry - trim - 37g ----------------------- FIRST UPDATE - She is still drying and not yet trimmed or ready to show herself 😍Also I have a lot of respect trimming her, never had such a sticky plant... Can I just leave everything on??? 😁 I will update as I go on with her. She's a beauty, her colors, her stickiness, everything. Her fade 😍😍😍 Can't wait to trim her 🙏We have snacked a lot of her while she was still growing, almost all smaller buds (she had a lot) 😌I'm blaming science and documenting, but seriously, she was already really strong, wow wow wow. Day 90 - 15. Feb of 2020 - she was chopped and put in a vase full of PH water in a dark place for 48 hours. Day 92 - 17. Feb - she moved into the drying tent. Her trichomes were nicely amber with some milky and some clear, good mix. Only 3 days later - 20. Feb - I panic harvested her out of the tent. My two other plants got really dry, so I panicked and cut her stems down and put them into jars. So she had a total dry time of 6 days, if you include the 2 days in darkness. I monitored the humidity, it spiked up to 70%, that's when I took them out, spread them and aired them out for several hours. Back in the jars they sit at a comfortable 65% now, being burped and pampered every day

Take a look at this beautiful purple beast! Really thick and numerous buds appeared after we defoliated her yesterday. Now you can really tell how well the LST with those plastic stretchers worked by just looking at the large, dense buds, which are growing across the whole planter. Included nutrients less often this week, as she is in late flower now, therefore some top leaves are starting to get brown spots. Also taking more time between waterings to dry her out a bit further preparing for harvest. More and more trichomes are getting that wonderful purple hue; as well as the heads turning amber with time. Right after handling her, as by giving her a much needed haircut like yesterday or doing some basic maintenance, she's releasing some strong scent, mainly consisting of citrus and spicy aroma. But as soon as she's left alone the smell is almost completely gone. Temperature is stable, but humidity is increasing in the last few days as it's raining quite often. So thankful to have the dehumidifier right now as there would be no other way to get the moisture out of our little "growroom".

Today's day 57 and as you can see she's already starting to fade... I'm going to give her some recharge and a couple days I've been weekly top feeding with the terp tea bloom and watering with silica in between nothing has changed it's been the same regimen from beginning to now.. this isn't the biggest plant but I blame that on organics or at least the organics I'm using anyway.. I might do one more run just to use up what I have and then I'm going back to my maxi bloom and growing monsters again.. Zamnesia Seeds is awesome in this watermelon candy smells absolutely amazing.. Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru.
