Ok this is my Full guide with pictures on how to setup a Deep Water Culture grow, items you will need for this grow - Firstly a TENT or ROOM i use a tent REMEMBER stuff you buy NUTRIENTS off eBay and Amazon could be decanted (watered down) , or cheap chinese fakes (Ph Meters, PPM meters) you should really buy these things from you local hydroponics store,as they are guaranteed , i ve dropped a few into the bucket and they are fked,its been a sunday night with a bank holiday monday and i m fked, 1) Ph Down - makes the ph of water LOWER - this is VERY STRONG SHIT , wear gloves and googles if you are messing with it, i drop a bit into my main reservoir Ph 6.9 ( maybe 10ml per 200L) 2) Ph up - makes the Ph go higher - also STRONG SHIT -only needed in Emergencies 3) Ph meter 4) PPM Meter or EC meter 5) 20L Bucket + moulded lid netpot 6) Air Pump ,air hose 3m ,air stone x2, 7) Pebbles to fill to top of netpot, 8) ROOT IT cubes , i use these and ONLY these, by that brand,i know why,and so im telling you, 9) Seeds - I prefer Fast_Buds ,autos ready in 10 weeks of 18/6 - top quality 10) Nutrients, I use Canna as they are the easiest, they have a way of filling the one side , if you take the top off you can squeeze into the measuring side - I would also recommend Advanced Nutrients,but they are more expensive - so you will need 1L Canna Aqua Vega A+B ( it comes as two parts that you cannot mix together , when you put this into the water you MUST stir it well before putting each one in seperately otherwise you will get salts formed and crystals floating around,10 ml per 10L week 1-2 ,15ml per 10L week 3, 20ml per 10L in week 4) 1L Canna Aqua Flores A+B (as above) 25ml per 10L week 5, 30ml per 10L week 6 ,30 ml per 10L week 7 , 25ml per 10L week 8,15ml per 10L week 9, 0 per 10L week 10 250 ml Canna Rhizotonic (roots love this use this from start 20 ml per 10L and cut down after 4 weeks to 5ml per 10L up until week 9 250 ml Canna Cannazym ( breaks down dead roots, enzyme of some sort) 15ml per 10L from week 3 through to week 9 250 ml CannaBoost - (quite expensive but worth it, DWC will show you why) 15ml per 10L week 3 to 4 , 25ml per 10L week 5-9 250 ml Canna PK 13/14 (bud booster) this is optional because you only add it once,personally i add 15 ml per 10L in week 7 so its stays in for 10 days I leave my water for at least 24 hrs before using it, in a big old olive container i bought , i think its 225 L i might be wrong, but it was cheap , solid and had a top :) I check my water levels ,my PH and PPM daily 11) Jubilee clips x3 - to secure the fan ,filter and outlet.( 5 clips if using air cooled hood ) 12) Fans - i have 2 little fans and 1 big one = think about it, outside there is always good air flow - 13) Extractor fan -mine is 6 inch 14) Carbon Filter - mine is 6 inch im not overly impressed with any brand. 15) Ducting- 5m of 6 inch easy enough,well for me... 16) Ballast - LUMATEK -i found this one amazing and switchable. 17) Lightbulb -600w HPS ALL THE WAY but i would use 1000w HPS if i could keep the heat down, they both fit in same fitting 18) Air hood - i have a MAGNUM superXXXL it has screw in holders for glass , they are quite tight 19) Timer for lights , must be good quality , I do 17 hrs on 7 off as it's more natural 20) Syringes for measuring accurately 21) Bucket to mix solutions THE GOLDEN RULE - you can always put in but never take out - never put in too much or undiluted into the reservoir unless you really know what you are doing, less is better than too much . Ppm v EC - you may well buy an EC meter instead of ppm meter there is an easy way to convert between the two ~ 1.0 ec = 500 ppm EC multiply by 1000 then divide by 2 to get ppm This diary will start shortly but as so many people ask me how to setup HERE YOU GO :)

The one girl is super dense and close to being done the other is still packing on weight and hasn't had many hairs turn orange yet. Just fed a tea. Will start to flush the one soon but still feed greener one some nutes. Stem rub gives a sweet fruity spicy smell 🍓 😋 found a solo weird split leaf lol 🍃 can't wait for them to be done in a couple weeks. Goodluck and happy growing 🌴

Week 5 is here. 11 days till day 40. We should see some nice dense frosty as FUCK buds. Slight I mean SLIGHT burn. Thats okay I'm figuring out what she can take. Absolute Monster. Another strip on day 32 then we are done fucking with her until harvest. Enjoy the madness and fuckery 😈 Going to cut back on grow now to 1/8th tsp and keep using just bloom and flower fuel with some raw sweet soon. Trying new methods. One last strip tomorrow morning friday.

A lot of growth this week. It is very hot outside so I can't really control the temperature too well, but I don't really care. I continue feeding with 6ml Canna Flores per liter of water. The smell of the plant is definitely not my type. Very earthy and not sweet/fruity at all.

First set of cutting got a bit of overwater change the container they were in n lef them outside n rain came n soaked dem .IYKYK fittest of the fittest will survive.. had to cut the mother's again earlier than I would want to jus to ensure we stay on track from the minor setback...also added gorilla #4 to the ship already cut her

👉this is week start of week 8 and the switch to the 12/12 schedule. the plant is on the 6th week on the GH nutrient chart for its flora series drain to waste schedule.This is considered early bloom and the only difference from the transition nutrients is the reduction of FloraGrow and addition of Liquid KoolBloom. The water I use is RO water from a medical grade industrial machine (not on site). Its conductivity is .04ms. Its 98.5% pure water. I believe this is helping me mix my nutrients at full strength and achieve the middle to upper end of the recommended ec range. The volume of plant uptake has increased quite alot. I am averaging 2 liters two times a day, but as the week progressed a couple of high flow fertigations were needed to keep the run off below +30ms. I feed my Marigold plant the run-off after Ive measured it. The fertigation station is in a closet in another room and doorways wipe my memory so I fed 99 the runoff a couple days ago (9-16). So I fertigated 1.5 liter immediately. That runoff was close to 30+. The lights were going out so the next morning i fertigated with 4liters. That runoff was +10. That night was 2liters w/.9 liter runoff +10. I plant on keeping the flow a little high to help prevent any nutrient deficiencies while its doing the early flowering stretch. 👉The plant is lush and green and growing as a nice round bush. Stout main stalk and is 21". I began plucking lower leaves that were reducing airflow around the base. These could pose a mildew risk if left on because they are in contact with the pot and reducing airflow across the top of the media. They were shaded now by the expanding branches above so it was time to remove them. I like to take leaves gradually, one or two per fertigation event. I also have taken off the bottom 3 branches. They were healthy and had plenty of potential bud sites...but they would be in the shade and never meet the potential of the upper buds. I may take two more low branches, but I will keep them if they keep stretching outward and upwards and stay in the direct light. When they start flowering full time I will have removed as many of the potential larf bud nodes on the interior of each branch. Nothing extreme, just the basic lollipop on the bottom and reducing larf production up top. 👉I am using a cordless work light to make the pictures better. My phone camera flash isnt bright enough to over come the LED blurple and the addition of the very bright work light makes the picture way better. As you can see I will still be taking some of the pix with the LEDs on, but also use the camera flash and the work light and that helps bring out the green better. But lights out show a more detailed realistic image and I will include more pix this way. 👉Switching to 12/12 has been a challenge. I work varied hours and making it home before lights out is hit and miss. Also being a stoner I forget stuff if I get distracted by a movie, a sporting event or a shiny object, so visits to the tent during dark times will happen. I have green lights installed in the room and in the hallway. I have a good headlamp with green LEDs. I missed the first day and had to fertigate after hours...sigh. I took pictures with the green light on but no flash.

Blüten stapeln sich, die Harzproduktion nimmt zu und das fruchtige Aroma wird von Tag zu Tag intensiver. Triangle Sherbet Kush Deutlich die ruhigere im Zelt. Sie geht gelassener mit den Schwankungen um und wirkt insgesamt stabiler. Auch hier kleine Spuren, aber weniger ausgeprägt. Die Blütenstruktur wird kompakter, das Stacking läuft sauber, und aromatisch wird sie zunehmend runder. 🌸 Blütenentwicklung & Aroma Beide Strains legen gut zu. Mehr Dichte. Mehr Harz. Mehr Charakter. Beim Öffnen des Zeltes kommt inzwischen direkt ein wahrnehmbarer, fruchtiger Duft entgegen. Wir sind klar in der Mitte der Blüte angekommen. 💧 Nährstoffe Konstant gehalten: CalMag: 1,5 ml/L Bloom: 1 ml/L Einfach, stabil, ohne größere Änderungen. 🐞 IPM / Biologischer Pflanzenschutz Das biologische Team arbeitet weiter: Florfliegenlarven Raubmilben Gelbtafeln zur Kontrolle Ein leichter Rückgang der Trips ist erkennbar, aber sie bleiben hartnäckig. In der kommenden Woche plane ich eine leichte, gezielte Entlaubung (etwa 2-3 Wochen nach dem ersten Durchgang), um Licht und Luft für die letzten Wochen optimal zu führen. Mild rain with high humidity → then cold → then mild again. Classic back-and-forth weather. The plants constantly have to readjust transpiration and internal nutrient flow. More stable conditions would definitely make things easier for them — but they’re pushing through. 🌿 Plant Status White Gushers 33 She shows a bit more sensitivity this week. On exposed tops, climate marks are visible — small necrotic spots and light transport signs. Nothing critical, but clearly showing she feels the swings. Still, she keeps building. Bud stacking continues, resin production is increasing, and the fruity aroma grows stronger day by day. Triangle Sherbet Kush Clearly the calmer one in the tent. She handles the fluctuations more gracefully and appears more stable overall. Minor signs here as well, but less pronounced. Bud structure is tightening up nicely, stacking remains solid, and the aroma is becoming rounder and richer. 🌸 Bud Development & Aroma Both strains are progressing well. More density. More resin. More character. Opening the tent now immediately releases a noticeable fruity scent. We’re clearly in mid-flower mode. 💧 Feeding Kept consistent: CalMag: 1.5 ml/L Bloom: 1 ml/L Simple, stable, no major adjustments. 🐞 IPM / Biological Control The biological crew is still at work: Lacewing larvae Predatory mites Sticky traps for monitoring A slight reduction in thrips is noticeable, but they remain persistent. No major pressure — just an ongoing balancing process. 🔎 Outlook Overall, I’m happy with where we stand. The climate could be smoother, but bud development and aroma are clearly moving in the right direction. Next week I’m planning a light, selective defoliation (about 2-3 weeks after the first round) to optimize airflow and light penetration for the final weeks. I’m expecting around four more weeks until proper maturation. Great to see so many people following along, sharing input and experience — that’s what makes a run like this even better. Switched to an ph perfect sensi a few weeks ago forgot to change in diary.Did some defoliation this week mostly just the bottoms will do one more just to let air and light get through pistils are coming out and they are looking healthy

End of the 3rd week for the Orange Sherbet. She just got fed Goldleaf feterlizer. It's been a slow process with ups and downs. I encounter a few issues, but she's still hanging in there. Hopefully week 4 is better. I still got faith in her.
