En la 6ta semana de vegetación hicimos una poda de bajos y desfoliación en general para potenciar el crecimiento de los brotes superiores, mejorando la iluminación y ventilación en el cultivo. También hicimos unos cuantos amarres (lst).

Due to early germination issues this one missed the boat on grow space and is now waiting for room in the tent which is at least 3 weeks away. So I will be limiting it's pot size and nutrient uptake until I have some room for it. Will also be adding a hood upgrade to the seedling station to allow much larger plants allowing me keep plants there longer. Should resolve this particular issue

Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

my ardent hello to everyone!)) I generally have a weakness for color) and I am especially fascinated by varieties that change color. I really like this visual effect. I had to try to display it in the photo .. (a rather difficult task to convey the entire spectrum of color in the photo) the foxes began to change color not from the surface, but from the back side) and the color very slowly appears on the surface of the leaves .. I imagine what it will become in a few weeks ...

24/09 - D17 since pistills. Busy day today. Full res change, with nutes modified to transition to bloom for the next couple of days before I bump her to full dose bloom 3 weeks from pistills showing. Also did some heavy defoliation. Started chopping with the intent of taking a few, but concerns around humidty levels have been in the back of my mind for awhile and given I was all geared up in the tent anyway I went to town. Removed a couple of weaker branches that were interfering with other sites, and took a large amount of lengthy and inward facing leaves. Walked away and came back and the difference was quite shocking (first grow!), but she looks better for it. Flowers are now exposed to light, and areas where moisture can get trapped have been dramatically reduced if not eliminated. Hopefully she responds well to her new haircut. Also came across my guard spider while sweeping out some leaves that fell behind the res, not sure what hes eating in there, maybe he just likes the smell! EC: 1.27, PH 5.8. 25/09 - Managed to get humidity down to 55 after the defoiation and leaving the door of the tent open. She seems to be happy after her haircut. PH dropping slowly at 5.7, EC stable at 1.27, water dropping. 26/09 - Small spot of PM on one sugar and one fan leaf. Wiped clean with a wet tissue and trimmed off. Will spray with diluted milk mixture at lights out and keep my eyes open for further infection. Modified setup a bit to try and bring the humidty down further and increase air flow, but struggling to get it below 55% even with a humidifer in the tent and the fan ramped up to max. Going to do a res change with full bloom nutes tomorrow so as not to prolong this grow longer than needs be. 27/09 - Full Res change to bloom nutes. 35ml Micr, 6ml Grow, 45ml Bloom. No new spots of PM seen, continuing with minor trimming when I spot any touching leaves as a preventative. RH finally pulled down into the 40's, and then my fan broke. Time to buy a new one. 28/09 - PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.27. Going to try and leave well alone from this point forward unless issues arise or I see damp spots forming. Humidty finally down to 40%. 29/09 - PH and EC dropping. Topped off res with 8l of water at 50%. 13ml Micro, 3ml Grow, 20ml Bloom. PH 6.0, EC 1.3ish. 30/09 - PH 5.8, EC 1.17. Continuing to trim a couple of leaves here and there when I spot an overlap or blockage and pinch off tiny bud shoots below the canopy.

The blackberry moonrocks plants are still in the lead as the fastest growing plants in the tent. They are to the point that they are sturdy. If the other plants in the tent would just catch up I could start giving a little for light to them. They both have very different types of leaves. There is not much smell going on yet but that's OK it's still early. This past week all the plants did great dealing with getting repotted and topped in the same week. I definitely took a Rick doing that seeing i only left each plant with 4 leaves. This past week was also a struggle to keep the vpd in a decent range. The Temps outside have been below 32 for a few days with Temps dipping down to almost 0 at night. With the space heater running it's pulling the humidity down. I think I have figured out the solution to that problem so I won't run into that next time it gets cold again. All the plants have really started to grow their new branches sense being topped. A few of the plants are a little smaller than I'd like but I'm gonna keep em alive for now.

Start of week 6! Week 5 went well, the girls are all very sticky and smell incredible! The super lemon haze continues to need extra feeding, she's a hungry lady! Both blueberry plants are packing on a lot of weight as the branches are bending and twisting, I tried them up to give them extra support.

Day 21 in flower and did a leaf stripping. Using gnatrol for fungus gnats which have exploded in population. Maybe not the two best strains for scrog. Blueberry doesn’t like to bend and death bubba is super leafy. But life goes on. See how she goes

Skywalker OG — Harvest / Trim / Cure Part 2 — More Giants Enter The Galaxy First of all, once again, apologies for dividing this Skywalker OG harvest series into multiple parts. But honestly… there is simply too much happening here to compress everything into one single report without losing the individuality of these plants. This is not just one harvest. This is: * multiple giant plants * multiple phenotypic expressions * hundreds of photos * countless observations * trimming sessions * drying progression * resin collection * and eventually smoke reviews still to come So instead of rushing through it, we decided to properly catalogue this run the way it deserves. And honestly? These girls earned that respect. ⸻ Quick Recap — The 12/12 Galaxy This entire project was grown: 12/12 from seed with very little intervention. No heavy training. No aggressive shaping. No topping. Mostly: * gentle canopy opening * leaf tucking * minor defoliation * and allowing the plants themselves to naturally decide their structure And once again, this run keeps proving something fascinating: 12/12 from seed does not necessarily create huge tall plants… …but it can create incredibly efficient plants. Compact. Dense. Heavy. Productive. The only true giant-height exception in the room was the Ghost Train Haze that nearly reached two meters. But these Skywalker OG girls? They stayed more compact vertically while transforming themselves into absolute flower-producing machines. And honestly? That efficiency became ridiculous toward the end. ⸻ Heavy Enough To Collapse At this stage, all three plants reached the point where their own flower weight became difficult to manage. The branches simply cannot support themselves anymore. Support or no support… these girls are collapsing under pure mass. And honestly? That’s the kind of “problem” growers love having. Huge swollen colas. Dense flower stacking. Rock-solid buds. Resin everywhere. Exactly the type of structure that makes trimming both exciting and slightly terrifying at the same time. Because you already know: these are going to become extremely dense once fully dried. ⸻ Frost, Density & Structure One thing that keeps standing out over and over again with these Skywalker OG plants is the combination of: * density * frost * and sheer flower volume The flowers are not only big… they are compact. Very compact. The kind of buds where simply pressing lightly already tells you: “This is going to dry into rock-solid flower.” And visually? Absolutely beautiful. Bright swollen calyxes. Heavy trichome coverage. Long sugar leaves curling outward. Beautiful late-flower fading tones appearing everywhere. Every branch feels loaded. Top flowers. Middle flowers. Lower flowers. No wasted space. ⸻ Perspective & Scale We also wanted people to properly understand the actual size of these plants. Because sometimes photos alone can be deceptive. So throughout this session we kept including: * hands beside colas * Mr. Baggy appearances * hats * studio comparisons * and even the JBL speaker for scale references And honestly… some of these flowers make normal objects look small. These are serious colas. Not exaggerated internet “looks big in the photo” flowers. Actually big. Actually heavy. Actually difficult to hold comfortably after a while. ⸻ Mr. Baggy Continues His Internship Of course… Mr. Baggy stayed with us through the entire process again. At this point he’s basically part of the harvest crew. Always supervising. Always present. Always emotionally supporting the trimming sessions. And honestly? The studio moments with: * giant plants * giant colas * cameras * lights * resin-covered gloves * and Mr. Baggy sitting there in the middle of the chaos… became part of the memory of this run itself. ⸻ Charas — Living Resin One thing we absolutely loved once again during harvest was the amount of resin immediately collecting onto the gloves while handling fresh flowers. The moment fan leaves started coming off: * resin buildup started * fingers became sticky * gloves became greasy * and naturally… charas started forming again. And honestly, we really enjoy talking about charas because many people still don’t fully understand what it is. Charas is one of the oldest forms of cannabis resin collection in the world. Traditionally associated especially with regions of India and Nepal, charas is made by gently rubbing fresh living or freshly harvested cannabis flowers between the hands to collect the resin directly. Historically and spiritually, charas has deep connections with: * traditional medicine * spiritual rituals * Himalayan culture * and even Lord Shiva himself in many traditions. And honestly? There’s something incredibly beautiful about it. Because unlike dry sift or cured trimming resin… this is living resin. Fresh resin. Still full of life, moisture, oils, and volatile aromatic compounds. That’s why we personally separate this experience mentally from the later finger hash collected during dry trimming. Both are beautiful. But fresh charas feels: * softer * richer * oilier * more alive * and incredibly expressive terpene-wise This Skywalker OG produced amazing charas too. Dark. Greasy. Sticky. Easy to collect. The kind of resin that instantly tells you: “These plants are loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying Just like the first plant, these girls are now drying whole. Entire plants hanging intact. We personally love this drying style because it slows the process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma * and overall cure quality The drying conditions remain: First couple of days: * ~45% RH to help remove the heavier surface moisture from these extremely dense flowers. Then afterward: Remaining drying phase: * ~60% RH * 18–20°C for roughly: 7–10 days depending on how these massive flowers release moisture internally. Because honestly… with buds this dense, patience becomes extremely important. ⸻ Looking Ahead — Trimming Begins Soon The next reports will most likely focus heavily on: trimming And honestly? We already know these sessions are going to be intense. Because these plants are absolutely packed with: * dense flowers * resin * swollen calyxes * and heavy branching So yes… this series may realistically become: four parts or maybe even five. And honestly? That’s okay. These girls deserve the spotlight. ⸻ Gratitude And once again… huge thanks to everybody following this journey. To the growers. To the silent viewers. To the curious minds. To the supporters. To the OG followers. To the new followers arriving now. To the skeptics. To the lovers. To the people simply stopping by for a few seconds. To Zamnesia for the genetics behind these beautiful Skywalker OG plants. To Plagron for the nutrients helping drive this run. To Future Of Grow and Lumiflora for the LEDs illuminating this jungle every single day. To everybody building the tools, tents, gear, cameras, and spaces allowing growers to continue sharing knowledge openly. And honestly… personally, we feel extremely fortunate to even witness plants like this growing in front of our eyes. There’s something deeply humbling about watching a seed become this. These truly became: Legends of the 12/12 Galaxy. And their story is still not finished. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. 05/07/2020 definitely another week, #9 flower I think she be done end of week 9. The trichomes are mostly clear, some milky no amber, but I only want 5-10% amber at most anyway as I want daytime meds. Leaves are fading fast will get some better pics soon, one more watering of 2, liters plain water and we are done see you in 7days for the (harvest?)hope and pray! Ps. I do this because breeder says 9-12 weeks but breeder didn't specify 9-12 TOTAL / Or weeks or flowering weeks so I harvested 47 grams wet, at 13 weeks TOTAL, the rest will Be at my peak harvest date which is approximately week 9-10 of flowering. So it's within reason I would say.👍 Pss. The 47 grams wet weight is now at 13.9 grams, (dry weight) after 10 days drying and into the glass jar for burping and curing process . Four days into week (9 of flowering) i brought out my 420 scope still lots of clear trichomes, maybe a 10-11week flowering? Probably my lights need upgrade. See you in 4 days

It was an interesting grow in hind sight, I had my ups and downs along the way . It was my First haze and wasn't prepared for the 12 wk flowing cycle. My girls took until wk 3-4 to show any hairs!! I was starting to think that they would never do it. I was battling with my nighttime temps , sometimes they would drop to 3c. I installed a 190w 1.5m greenhouse tube heater and managed to raise it to 9c. I installed another a few weeks after and managed to keep a temp of 12c when lights were off. It seemed like I was constantly waiting for a growth spurt as the flowers didn't seem to kick off until Around wk 8 . I had some foxtails, mainly on the left side Of my tent , the foxtails were like crowns ( 4 growing out of the tip of the cola). This also made the main bud a bit loose . The flavour is nice and sweet with a pungent smell, some have said like cheese . It is a really strong bid to smoke , one joint and that's it for 2 hours , really creative . I wouldn't grow this strain again due to the sheer amount of time that goes into it , not to mention the extra nutes and electricity , but I will keep some back as it is a lovely experience. I also used a pollinator machine and got 30g of hash from my trim which is always a nice bonus . Thanks to valhallas garden, totem and spinner Caribbean for their support during this grow . I may lay low for a while on GD as I had a bit of a scare with an address of a friend accidentally appearing in a photo ,

It is harvest day for Miss Sweet Skunk. Due to the excessive rain this week and two places of bud rot, Mother Nature forced me to take her down. 2 more weeks would have been nice but that didn't happen. If you have been following me then you know that Miss Sweet Skunk encountered a terrible misfortune. It hailed one evening and one of her two colas was broken. My husband found her damage first and taped her up and then put a wire tie around her. According to the grow diary question/answer platform, I was able to learn that we had done the right thing and changes were good that she would recover from her injury. Not only did Sweet Skunk recover, but she went onto growing at a height of 2 feet, 11 inches. That is just under 100 cm. According to Royal Queen website, "Sweet Skunk Auto seeds produce plants that grow to a very manageable height of around 60–100cm." AND even though Sweet Skunk had a broken stem, she GREW! This plant was a very tall and lanky plant. Her buds are plentiful but started out quite small. I wish I had another couple of weeks to see her reach her full potential, but that is left for another grow. For now, I am happy she survived all the weather that Mother Nature threw at her this week and it is a good day:) **The last two pictures are pictures of my indoor grow of Sweet Skunk that I did NOT record on grow diaries. However, it is a great way to compare an outdoor grow and indoor grow of the same strain. Stay turned for weigh ins.

F42 - Starting to put on some weight and they don't look like they're foxtailing. Still removing large fan leaves, wish I did more earlier. F44 - "HEAVY" video update. F46 - Think I'm going to start flushing. Seems a bit early (F46) but trichs are nearing cloudy.

Oh so this is my first entry on GrowDiaries. This Red Dragon started from seed I believe sometime early April. It's been in a 2 gallon pot for a good month and now is ready to be transplanted in a 15 gallon cloth pot. I'm probably gonna do that today, with some fiming. I have a mix ready, made of 1/5 dirt,1/5 chicken manure, 2/5 peat moss, 2/5 perlite, and roughly a tablespoon of lime and sulfur, as well as bone meal and stove ashes. I'm a newbie experimenting so feel free to tell me if I'm doing it all wrong :D

The plant has entered the strech period and is growing at quite a pace. I continue with LST to try and open the plant up, removing leaves that are blocking light from flowering sites. I've added some Canna PK13/14 to the feed ready for when the flowers start to bulk up.
