That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females. Dropped RQS Diesel Automatic this week, she has not sprouted out of the soil yet, but its only been 4 days. I expect her to pop in the next 24-48 hours. I'll add new pics once she sprouts. Planning a slightly different strategy with this girl. no HST, only LST, and FIM'ing instead of topping. Looking forward to watching what happens. She is front-center in the group pics. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. By the way, I never had any germination problems with seeds from other breeders. (I don’t want to bad mouth any breeders, but the seeds that didn’t germinate came from a popular breeder/advertiser that is most commonly known by 4 letters). Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge and Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I also rotate each plant 90 degrees every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans here are to do LST bending only, no HST this time. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. I will also be doing some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Heu guys ! Plants start to pre flower, everything is going good, few nutriments fails but overall it's pretty much ok Pretty sad about the Zake and the Shimo in the front that pretty much had no stretch 😓 Cant complain since im working from seeds ! See ya next week ✌️

Got back from 2 weeks holiday and immediately lollipopped and defoliated all 4 plants heavly. Will wait a few days for them to recover from the battering I gave them before flipping to 12/12. This plant is at the back of the 4 in the timelapse.

Scratch what I said at the end of last week pests are still around just had some bug fly at me and bite/sting me on the neck now a got a welt on my neck smh, not sure what the heck it was it was some sort of black bug maybe a thrip but I honestly have no idea, did another neem oil drench on the medium only and tomorrow I'm going to use a hydrogen peroxide mixture again that way I can also use it on the tops and undersides of the leaves as well. Some of the roots started to become exposed on the top soil so I added more an inch or two coco to cover the exposed roots. Another successful week I guess the plants aren't dead so onto week 9, Week 4 of flower

Day 49 and moving along. Wanting to run these 21 more days max, the Jedi cookies I think I can take to that point but one of the CBD crack might be done sooner. Other than that things are chill, wanting to see some bud growth this week.

16/07 - Week 6 of veg and the ladies are looking very happy after their last watering yesterday. I added some nutes for flowering and they are about to reach the scrog net. I will flip in a few days when the Lemon skunk grow hits week 6 as well. 18/07 - Watered with just water phd at 6.8. Gave both of them 1L. One of the plants had some burnt/curling tips so I increased the light by 5 cm. Three more days until flip. I’m expecting a lot of vertical growth in the next few weeks. 21/07 - I watered the brown pit with 1L of water. The other pot still felt a little heavy so I’ll water it tomorrow. Start of week 3. Threw some new cover crop seeds and added an alfalfa mulch layer in prep for the flower stretch. Spotted the first pistil on day 17, she is very eager to get going. Tied the main stem down in an attempt to train her. Never got this right before but practice makes perfect, haha! Gave her a good watering of some kelp
