Mrs Big B is about to have her sweet stretch to Budville so I hope I've shaped her well enough to take full advantage of the light space. If not a traditional 'Super crop' will solve any future spacing issues. Ha ha. Due to an accident in her younger days she's sort of become a triple stem after topping. I'm hoping I get something cool looking as a result. I trimmed a few lower buds that would soon be overshadowed by the canopy and not worth her effort. Weekly does of Biobizz triple nuits and tap water just to top up and irrigate. Because shes not drinking loads yet. My LST may need refining..... but we learn every mistake right?

There should be lots of growth this week before the stretch. I'm seeing the biggest growth from the growth tips on the 2nd and 3rd nodes but the 1st nodes are catching up. I will probably start some lst this week.

Starting to fatten up now and things are getting frosty! Still no issues yet so I'm happy! Added a net to try spread things out and allow more light to pass but as you can see I have no fecking clue what I'm doing. Should i trim some more?

trimmed and netted the plants last night, 12/30, and the energy pushed the plants to stretch another 1/2 inch+ this will be the last week of vegetation as I prep this light leaking tent for flower, not a fan of mars hydro at all right now. their poles are the weakest I've encountered yet, too many light leaks and this is the first grow with it. My high cfm fan , which is only a 4", is pulling the fabric too much and causing the leaks to grow a bit. This is not new, its been happening with indoor tents for a while now but I thought a grow company such as MH would have a decent, respectable tent. My solution is Blackout Curtains draped over the sides. However, I am hesitant to do this with the MH tent as the poles for the tent are too weak as it is, tsk tsk tsk mars hydro. will continue to increase the watts the next 6 days HAPPY NEW YEAR a combination of light and fresh soil has made the plants stretch so I will finish tightening up the MH tent today and ill start flower tomorrow, day 62. while adjusting the height I must have nudged the dial for the dimmer and sent it to 184w. this would have been a big jump but manageable but I lowered the light 7" and the plants took a bit of a hit. I adjusted the light back down to 160w and I'll let the plants recover before anymore adjustments.

Day 71 from seed the plant seems to be growing beautifully and now they are starting to develop beautiful flowers and they are entirely covered with white snow trichomes it is a very strong and powerful plant to grow what a beauty . thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

She's a real beast. I started the flush this week by removing all nutrients from her watering. I just overwater her a little, and remove the access. Going forward, I will continue just giving her a good diet of plain water to remove some of the salts from the soil. She's a little too big to take outside to really flush her. I'm sure this will work out fine. I had to continue tying up some of her branches to keep them from falling over. She's looking good.

Had to do a root wash, again, also cut some really bad roots of, also saw lots of new healthy root growths since last week, upping ORP and wash last week seemed to have helped. Overall still very unhappy but that is on me, learned that prepping a plant in DWC and then transplant it to NFT is not a good idea, better do it as usual directly in NFT so that the roots follow the stream better, usually at this time there would be at least 3x the amount of roots. Also switched back to the 10cm diameter tube, will stick with that one from now on, very good experiences in the past and this one does not, maybe RH does not rise enough in a 16cm diameter tube. Also changed the light cycle to 18/6 from 24/0, in the timelapse I see phases where the leafs droop slightly and come back, kind of like the night cycle but less, seems to me like the plant wants to go to "sleep" even tough it was raised in 24/0 and I have good experiences with 18/6. The plants are really starting to frost up, definitely starting to smell. I’ve got my carbon filter running to keep the house from wreaking.

Lite LST with bend clips applied yesterday (10/21). * End of Week - Veg week 5 - 10/28 - Thus no issues or deficiencies, slight increase of veg dose - Defoliation will begin next week.
