Week 3: Adapting and Thriving Transplanting to Larger Pots This week, I transplanted the plants into 11-liter fabric pots filled with Plagron coco coir mixed with perlite (70/30). The small pots were already root-bound. It's often said that a plant will stop growing when the taproot reaches the bottom of the pot. Personally, I think this is nonsense, but we'll see. This transplant provides them with more space for root development and better aeration, promoting healthier growth. Growth Observations The plants are showing significant growth, with vibrant green leaves and sturdy stems. The increased light exposure from the greenhouse setup is clearly benefiting them. Their resilience is impressive, and they appear to be adapting well to their environment. Feeding and Watering As the coco mix dries out, I am preparing for their next feeding. Following the Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding chart, I have increased the nutrient solution to an EC of 1.0 mS/cm. This should provide them with the necessary nutrients without the risk of nutrient burn, especially for autoflowering strains. I will not go higher than this concentration to ensure their safety. Improved Weather Conditions The weather has improved significantly, with very little rain and temperatures ranging between 19°C and 22°C for the next few days. This stable weather is ideal for the plants, providing them with consistent conditions to continue their healthy growth. Daily Care Routine My daily routine includes checking the plants in the morning and evening, adjusting the greenhouse openings as needed, and monitoring the moisture level of the coco mix. This consistent care helps me stay on top of any changes and address them promptly. Looking Forward As we progress into the third week, I am excited to see how the plants continue to develop in their new, larger pots with the adjusted nutrient levels. The combination of a controlled environment, balanced nutrition, and diligent care is setting a strong foundation for their growth. Update on 11.06.2024 Today, I fed my plants for the second time this week. During this feeding, I adjusted the nutrient amount for the vegetative phase (2/3 of the recommended amount from Terra Aquatica): CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.2 ml/l Bloom: 0.8 ml/l Micro: 0.4 ml/l EC: 1,166 ms/cm (536 ppm PPM-500/TDM) PH: 5,83 The plants were watered with approximately 20% drain. It's doing it's normal tall Jack Herer growing. Definitely have to start training soon, she'll be going outside but I want to keep her shorter almost bush like. We'll see how that goes with a tall girl?!

This is plant one and two, plant one cane down 5 days before plant two so didnt get the exact wet weight, 5 days into hang dry plant one weighed 250g, plant two was cut down and chopped for box dry, weighed 200g for the heads and 300g for the lower plant produce, will update when dry and tested

Everything on point.

Clones did well. Cutting were placed directly in moist grow plug and I kept the best performers. Moving them to temporary containers. Defoliated anything at or below head level. Let's start flowering some plants.

So far so good! I have continued to progressivily orient the stems of each plant with some strings except for the Mandarin Punch #2. I broke a stem from the O.G. Kush during the process. I've tried to fix it with wire and tape. The next day, the stem looked healthy and reoriented itself towards the light so I guess it's a good sign :) Wait and see... As last week, I still struggle with the air humidity but with the dehumidifer it's ok. I poor 2l of tap water during each watering for the 26l pots and 1l for the 10l pot. Once again I think I had some small light burns on the O.G. Kush but I moved the light a bit and it seems good now. It has started to smell in the house when the room door is open. The two Mandarin Punch Auto grew pretty fast this week, I think they started their stretch.

Looking amazing.. smells of strong garlic with a zesty after tone. Starting to double up she's almost done. Probably this next week will harvest.

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! Well these seeds are a bit unstable I think. 4 of the 6 were Hermie, so I don't know if it was the exotic light shedule or if this strain needs more work? anyway I got 2 that are all girl and I think I'm gonna pull the last Hermie and work the 2. on a brighter note o got 110 gallons of free water. thank you mother nature see the video. gonna keep on keeping on with the last 2 hate to lose the yield of 4 plants but it is what it is. 😭

Heeey guys! Me again! This week was full of surprises and one major mistake! Hahaha. First of all, the 4th baby is now at a decent size! This was a huge surprise! She's all grown up and looks gorgeous! I'm probably going to move her to a proper pot size so she won't feel trapped! I also need to trim her again! The other 3 are advancing at a proper speed. Max is the one who has responded the best to the main-lining and LST as she seems to have barely gone thru any kind of physical damage With Roko I made a huge mistake when I tried to bend her branches 😰 I broke her stem in the middle but managed to fix it on time I hope (first with tape and then with some soft wire). It seems one of her parts are getting more nutrients compared to the other one... but there's not a lot I can do if that's the case. The 3rd baby is the one who had not suffered any kind of mayor "nutritional" problem if you compare her to her sisters (leaf colors, and some browning at the tips. The other tho has gone thru those issues but her? Nothing!) So I'm expecting a lot from this one! I also made 4 timelapses! Right now I'm also debating if I want to mainline for 8 colas or just stay at 4. My tent isn't big (80x80cm or 2.6~x2.6~) so I need to choose quickly if I want to risk it with so many plants in such small space! Anyway, that's all for now! I hope you enjoy the photos and videos! Obama runtz x gas tax sad to say both seedlings are super crappy so far. If it was not for the gas tax parent being the best flower ever then I wld just toss these but sometimes the crappy slow growing plants end up being super dank It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.
