Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. 2/1 Week 12! Re-introducing the Peak PK in low dose as I begin to migrate the plant to all Peak and then flush I hope all in less than two weeks. Will step things daily, tomorrow it will be 10 ml CT 10 ml Peak with an eye on the ppm. You get the idea, she has to finish and fast. Valuable lesson, don't have anything ever backed up behind a sativa grow waiting on them to finish, it aint worth it. Grow em at the end of a cycle. 2/2 put the feed at 12ml CT 7ml Peak thought maybe its too much of a swing, tomorrow 10 and 10 2/3 10ml of each this morning. Got to move things along, new plan is to begin flush at start of new week this weekend, At flush changing lights to 12/12 , binding her back up just a little, then placing one of the testers on a stand in the tent to take pressure off the veg tent. 5-7 days later we harvest based on what we see. We cannot come up with anything better As far as growth she is doing great, its a heavy plant and the hairs are still straight and 95% white! Day 20 - she got 16oz of water pH balanced to 6.0~ on Day 16, Day 18, and Day 20. I topped the plant and then defoliated to leave the 3rd and 4th nodes. The 3rd node is being trained to grow laterally until it reaches the container walls. Once the 4th node matures more, it will also be trained just as node 3. The goal is to train and top one more time in veg to ensure maximum yields in this small 2x2x4 tent.

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. Oh so this is my first entry on GrowDiaries. This Red Dragon started from seed I believe sometime early April. It's been in a 2 gallon pot for a good month and now is ready to be transplanted in a 15 gallon cloth pot. I'm probably gonna do that today, with some fiming. I have a mix ready, made of 1/5 dirt,1/5 chicken manure, 2/5 peat moss, 2/5 perlite, and roughly a tablespoon of lime and sulfur, as well as bone meal and stove ashes. I'm a newbie experimenting so feel free to tell me if I'm doing it all wrong :D

Yes, they are really getting big—so much that the grow tent is now completely full. It has been quite a challenge to keep the humidity under control since I don’t have a proper extractor yet (that will definitely be my next purchase). For now, leaving the tent open has allowed the air to circulate well, and the humidity stays around 45%, which is acceptable. Apart from that, everything has been calm and steady, continuing with the BioBizz feeding schedule and gradually increasing the nutrients to encourage the development of larger colas. The only drawback is that the colas are not turning out as thick as I had hoped. Interestingly, RHC #2 and #3, even though they are not the most robust plants, ended up being the tallest ones, and their colas actually look bigger than RHC #1. Overall, I’m happy and counting down the days with excitement.

I've now topped the Gorilla Cookies FF; the weather will be good.
