Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend! The Strawberry Banana Auto from Fastbuds is starting to smell very good and starting to stack up nicely. She is only 26 inches tall but I feel like her colas are going to be quite thick. I did a light defoliation this morning and took off all the LST tie downs. She is looking super healthy and loving this Medic Grow Spectrum X. I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and also integrating the UV/IR bars for 75 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to add a timer just for the UV/IR bars, and allow the main light to be run on a timer. I will probably do one last light defoliation in the next couple of days and that will be about it other than keeping the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. She rocketed up! Given her some LST to stretch her out and topped her one last time just before. Will be flipping in the next week or so, she’s got big internodal spacing, so this has helped her gain some more veg on her. Nothing fed other than a compost tea - the soil is doing totally fine without anything more added in yet.

All is going well, the girls are looking good. Only providing Calmag and powder KoolBloom now. Buds are starting to thicken up and overall nice and healthy, raised her up a bit in-line with the other girls in the tent.r

Had loads of problems with these the same happened with one of my cream cookies which died, I've not been able to figure out what it was but today I started added h2o2 to my solution so fingers crossed next week they will look healthier really dont want to lose these:(

Two totally different girls with all the same treatment one is absolutely huge while the other is already wrapping up I topped it pretty early and the other was just lst and hst doing great tho should be finishing up around next week or so with the little guy should fatten up quick

The nutrient and watering schedules remained unchanged, with EC and pH levels stable at optimal values, both in the nutrient solution and the drain. Humidity was slightly reduced to 60%, while temperatures stayed in the range of 22 to 26 degrees Celsius. The plants kept growing at an impressive rate and developed enormous side branches. Without any additional training, by the end of the week, they formed 16 to 18 main side buds along with a strong central head bud. The genetics of these plants proved to be absolutely outstanding.

The plant is eating well and I’m giving more bio heaven,I used only twice the acti-Vera,Alg-A-Mic.

So due to unforeseen circumstances I had to go away. This left me with no choice to harvest at the end of day 52, but I was only planning on running for 56 days anyway. In the end I had a good result in yield and quality.

Doing great. Bottoms cleaned, waiting for a day or two to do a major defoliation. 17.11 Vast defoliation. All the bottom leaves and mids. Left around 4 top fan leaves On every branch. 19.11 Plants recovered perfectly, light is back to 100% . Unfortunately my Bluetooth app for mars hydro stopped working. Light cannot pair anymore with the app. Also irrigation is changed to vegetative crop steering.

🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.
