How's your blue cheese coming along? The last pic she looks a bit overwatered I've had the same problem it seems to happen if there's a ph issue. This is what happened to me I had a ph issue then she stopped drinking and that caused over watering issue which led to root rot. As long as she's healthy when you flip to 12 you should get a nice harvest. Good luck

Yesterday it said see journal for examples. I could not find any. Today it does not say that, I would love to see an example.
