What a beautiful job you've done on this girl! Excellent SCROG! I'll bet you are just drooling over those sweet buds. I always thought you darkened your flowering plant just before harvest. You had her in dark then put the lights back on to finish flowering? Interesting. I wonder if there will be any effect from that? Have you had a chance to try some of your first clippings?

Thanks guys, yeah I’ve read conflicting reports about leaving in the dark but I really couldn’t see any difference. I’ve probably smoked about 7grams so far in either joints or crafty vape, should have left a little longer to cure but does the job but could taste better, but harsh by the end. Can’t wait to clear the room, I’ve been vegging a Laughing Buddha which is desperate to get under the led :sunglasses:

Yeah I went with feminised photo seeds to allow more time to veg. I took 4 clones off the mother and grew the healthiest. I did something similar to the mother so I don’t think it makes a difference sees or clone! All I have done after the initial topping was to bend and pin down the leaves to allow light and regular defoliation until I added the net. Then topped again and tried to fill out the net. I have introduced a small net in my veg tent where I have started a Sativa Laughing Buddha, I will add a pic. There is so much I still don’t know and learning! I read this week about a study on plant leaf temp, I thought I had it spot on between 25 - 26 during the day and 20 of a night but the study says when using led it should be 29? I have tried increasing temp this week but she doesn’t look like she’s grown or filled out at all this week! I have just taken a bud off to get a good look under the scope but mainly clear, I’m now wondering if I stopped feeding to soon :face_with_rolling_eyes:

Thanks I’m happy so far, I was expecting the buds to be much taller though. I wonder if when I switch to 12/12 should I keep the led in veg mode for the 1st 2 weeks to encourage more stretch as I’ve read the red flowering lights prevent stretch ? Trial and error I suppose!
