help. the seedlings are turning yellow and i dont understand why. i gave then a lot more water today though and i think that may have something to do with it

the soiless mix im using is coco coir. which is ground up coconut husk. but basicallys its like aoil but not soil. Coco, peatmoss, hydroton, perlite, rockwool, etc

What is soilless mix actually? I emailed Adcanced Nutrients cuz i want to start using their nutes and they emailed me back that I'd better us a 'soilless' mix. I'm not sure what it is or where to get it :/
