Nice work! Your plants look so healthy and are nearly at the finish line! I love that you are harvesting in stages to give the smaller buds a bit more time while getting the larger nugs into safety to help beat the mold and weather. I'm thinking of doing the same this weekend when I chop my gelato. The do si dos is starting to sound like an interesting strain to grow. I would be careful of spraying anything chemical on your buds using a biological control would be your best option. If it doesn't control the issue you would have no choice but to chop her early unfortunately. It looks like you have her partially covered I would try to keep her as dry as possible. Hope this helps the specific strain is Bacillus Subtilis QST 713 non-mutated /non-genetically modified. Great looking plants, nice amd bushy too. That greenhouse setup looks good, great idea. It will help with the cooler temperatures and wet weather. I may look into one too.
