I wont defoilate in that stage, the plant tries to reproduce the missing leaves. And she needs her energy on the flowers. but you can pluck single leaves that block the light. And yes agree in adding some light. they will be grateful

Im sure your aware that the plants look lovely and you do not need to defoliate more. :facepunch: From the looks of the size of your tent, adding more light will help, especially during flower. Very nice. That Haze will take longer than the others also imho. Happy hunting.
