Hello :blush:, nice that you are using the Starter Kit from RQS. It works perfectly and if you do not use all pots it can keep for a long time, just spray a little water on perlite. All 14/14 (of which 5 Northern Light Auto from RQS) seeds have sprouted. I first left them in a jar of water for 18 hours. Not a bad idea to use jiffy pallets afterwards, but I think that growth-promoting bacteria mixture (Bacto) is important to get good results when it comes to germination.
