Starting with small containers such as 0.5L AirPots is great for regular photosynthesis strains, since it will help to prevent overwatering and the roots are supposed to explode once you&#039;ll transplant them into bigger containers. It&#039;s also a good way to ensure that your roots are healthy when you repot. However remember that repotting/transplanting is a delicate operation that can stress/hurt the plant for weeks if done wrong. Putting it immediately in a 18L pot is the safer option for an optimal growth if you manage not to overwater it. I&#039;ll be around, keep us up-to-date and good luck with these babies!
