i49 doesn't answer support questions, their page talks bout 6,000 reviews on Trustpilot, but when you look, the account was terminated. They did not ship my order and debited my bank account. Had to close my account, get a new checking account number, cards, and all that, just to get my money back, Do not order from these people. They don't care about customers.
