Forgot to mention the method I used. First of all this took me 3 hours as I was being really careful. I would pinch the stem where I wanted to bend it for like 2-6 minutes each while gently wiggling it back and forth in my fingers as the directions say to do. Before I did the actual bend in each branch I would wrap the stem where I had weakened it - with a strip of cling wrap and then I would wrap the cling wrap in black electrical tape (not too tight, but tight enough) Then I would bend it the direction I intended for it to go. (I wrapped them all if you are wondering, even the ones that didn’t/might not have broke just to be on the safe side.) I do know for a fact some of them broke.. Not much I could have done about that. Definitely a newbie at super cropping. Either way these branches would have been lost from heat / mold ETC. I will take all the bandages off in 14 days or so. If a branch dies I will obviously remove any nuisance that would hinder the plant from growing.

Update 7/30/20: Super cropped back row. Ended up having to do like 20-25 on the 3 plants combined. :| Those branches were 4-6 inches from the greenhouse plastic that covers them for when the spontaneous weather happens here in NORCAL. They were starting to get too hot on the tops(no good) And of course when it starts to get colder and wetter they would be prone to other issues such as mold.(also no good) I did it as low as I felt comfortable. I have no idea what is going to happen I’m just simply hoping for the best possible outcome of course lol. The room is limited on space (Roughly 10x10x10) and I’ve never had plants get quite this big out here lol. Definitely learned from it and won’t let plants keep getting taller and more mature before doing something about it. You leaf and you learn I guess. ;) Will post pics of how they are doing Sunday. Probably wont have grown much by then because I just threw them into fix-it mode. But I guess we’ll know if anything has not made it by then I suppose. Thanks for following along on this grow!
