That sounds like a solid plan Titans often want a bit more time, so aiming for 83 days and starting close inspections around day 75 is smart. Watching trichomes and overall maturity will tell you far more than the calendar.

In real grows, things like light strength, temperature, early stress, and natural plant variation (phenotype) slow it down.
So taking 75–90 days from seed is totally normal for Epsilon F1.
