hi your plants look a little stressed imo. are you giving them enough light and water? how's your feeding schedule? how is your ventilation system? is your grow tent very negative in pressure? It looks to me like the plant is struggling to photosynthesize either from a lack of light/air/water, causing the plant to feed on very little nutes. Thus, the build up of nutes overtime cause an imbalance in PH and ppm. Not trying to offend just my 2c.
