I could tell when I first looked at the picture and then I read that... I've been growing herb in Nor Cal for almost ten years..so you can trust me I promise.

If you had it inside under long hours..It's because the hours of light after prolly to short...a plant will start to flower from a drastic drop in hours... At fifteen hours they sell start flowering...u have them at fourteen... It is going into flower slightly.... But it will come out of it...if it does go in the flower look for weird curled leaves.. Like complete spiral one leafs... And that means it's reverted into veg...
