Hi buddy, need more than week on these to finish. Everybody cuts down early on their first go I promise you, look out for the hairs turning from white to orange when about 70% orange time to cut down

They are looking good. The second one isn’t laging it’s the first one that is stretching ;). If you want bigger autolowers you need to plant your seed directly into the big pot because when you transplant them they will stress and stop growing for up to a week and that isn’t good for a autoflower.
