Debating whether to feed her or flush her out for 2 week need help feed her this week and flush her from week 23 and 24 than harvest need help

Well I'm asking everyone do you all have a problem with branches twisting than leaning to the side is because the buds get to have fat ? Last yr same problem I have to tie the up t ok they dont break branches any having this problem

Almost done 3 weeks more and harvest time
