About the grow question, i know how to check if the plant Is ready, i own a 100x magnification. My question Is, how is possibile that there is so much difference from real day need to harvest and suggested day. The real day needed are around 60 days but the suggested value is 75! WTF?!

They are growing slow as you say...i would suggest you to rise a bit the temp expecialy during night time ( roughly 19°C)...and double check if they are in an under/over watering situation...are you giving them some nutrient feed?
