They are not getting enough light. I sprouted the same week as you (Caramel Apple and Amnesia Jelly though, not Caramel Cream) and they have multiple colas with five or six nodes going and are stacking buds. Your ladies dealt with some cold spells, but that wouldn't make stretch so much, lack of light will though. How much direct sun exposure do they get per day?

I would suggest investing in a better light and you'll get much fatter buds and less internodal stretching. My Cream Mandarine Autos are almost on week 9 also. Exciting times! gL on your harvest!
