But I would say they all have slow growth for 14 days. I’m wondering if they will bounce back from the overwatering if I leave then to dry out a bit?

<span class="link_user">@Komar85</span>, 1 lamp(mars hydro ts1000) is more than enough for 1 auto flower if you have it in a 12 litre pot. But either raise the lamp or turn it down when they are seedlings. I rekon you could fit 4 auto flowers in 12 litre pots under a TS1000 and produce a decent yield
