Hey there Drewpy, the soil you're using is going to be fine, what you want to do is transplant to their forever home as soon as possible, hopefully a pot around 10 gal+ if you want monster yields. Take a look at fabric pots they do help getting oxygen to the roots and keeping the root area cool. in miracle grow you've got 2 to 3 solid months of ferts in there so it should last you until flower when you want to switch to flower nutes. Cannabis eats up Calcium and Magnesium so you'll want to add some as well maybe starting in a weeks' time. Don't worry it's bio. Beyond that what's absolutely critical when growing in soil is that you want the wet / dry cycle so make sure you follow that once you translant. Look right now they are in their seedling homes, when you transplant you want the least stress possible, that means making sure you don't touch the seedlings or the roots. Cut out the thing they're in a carefully lay in the soil before you remove it nicely. Should avoid stressen your girls during transplant.
