if pistils turn brown to early there might be some male flowers involved. if i see a plant s pisitls turn brown in comparison to the other plant of the same strain, i can tell that thse plant with the changing pistils is making seeds. but you are not havin a comparison plant so it could be totally in tme for them to change

i just looked into week 2 of flower, and saw that you had some male flowers so your plant is breeding partial, but no reason to kill her
