I would keep it at 18 hours for now let it grow,its way to stumpy like I said with the light raised it will stretch out a bit just these few tweaks you’ll be surprised I hope this helps you on your first grow.

Plus take a few leaves off it’s so bushy don’t go mad just get rid of the ones blocking light for new growth isolating fan at this stage is also good let it stretch and lst, hope this helps.

Also try and let her dry out a bit as your using such a big pot, seems a bit over watered to me! would benefit on letting it dry. So adjust light higher and stop drowning her stop rushing, the more you rush the slower it will grow and the more problems you’ll get.

I sure your light is to close if so if you can adjust height so it can stretch, otherwise it’s looking nice and healthy.

I’m sure you need some cal mag or check your ph levels your growth looks slow also especially for fast buds.

Looking good to be honest, I hope it all goes well and picks up if your in the uk should of at least waited till April but I will follow you to see how they do interesting.
