I waited till mine were about 8 inch's tall and 4 to 5 nodes before i trained using LST. I read where most say don't top an auto but i'm new to this so its up to you. There is a guy on you tube.(bill ward) that has topped autos with it didn't look like he had much of an issue. I have 6 auto seedlings getting ready to go into my first hydro setup and i'm going to try 3 with super cropping and 3 just lst to see how the yield compares. Good Luck And Happy Grow!
