It always sucks when things like this happen, especially near the finish line after putting so much time and effort into it. Looking through your journal, up until week 13 everything looked really healthy. The problems only start showing later, and to me it looks more like overfeeding signs than anything else — burnt tips, stressed leaves, that kind of thing. A lot of times it’s not because you’re feeding more than the schedule says, but because VPD (temp + humidity) isn’t dialed in or stable enough through the full 24h cycle. When the environment isn’t right, plants don’t eat properly and nutrients start building up in the medium. Best solution is fixing the environment and keeping VPD stable. If that’s not possible, lowering nutrients a lot (even down to 1/3 or 1/4 strength) can help, because under those conditions the plant won’t use more food anyway. Botrytis usually comes from high humidity, especially during lights off. But in your diary humidity actually looked pretty low, so my guess is the leaves inside the buds may have started deteriorating (caused by "fake-overfeeding"). When those inner leaves get soft and hold moisture, humidity gets trapped inside dense flowers... and botrytis loves that. Just my opinion based on your grow journal.

Cheer up made we learn from our mistakes. Had the same problem with my Amnesia haze grow had mold in 3 buds, i was way to distracted and screwed up with the temperature and humidity sensor, i placed it way to low about 40 cm under the top. Next grow we will do better.
