I dry with the whole plant chopped upside down in the tent they grow in. My problem is changing drying times depending on the season and hard to control humidity since the grow room is a living space as well. Another problem is the lack of growing space. I try to plan my grows in a overlapping time period so the next batch of plants can go into my AutoPots once the current plants are harvested; but by using the tent to dry as well I either need to wait for another ten days or dry with the lights turned on. My next harvest will be a Slurricane, an Atomic Blue Dream and a Jamine Panna Cotta, they are due in the first half of june.

I don’t have a drying setup at all. Just hang the plant and let it do its thing. I try controlling the humidity and temperature with the help of a humidifier and the tent’s fans. It’s really not a reliable way of doing it but it is what it is. The biggest struggle I would say is the humidity part. I just can’t reliably achieve slow dries where the humidity ends up where I want it before the trim. My next harvest is expected in about 2-3 weeks.

My biggest drying problem is definitely that I can’t properly control the humidity or the temperature.:scream_cat: My drying setup basically consists of old rack grids hanging in a dark corner between the kitchen and the guest bathroom :joy_cat::herb: My next harvest will be ready in just a few days, but unfortunately the timing doesn’t really fit the contest window. So the next run will probably be the one for it :pray::skin-tone-3: That grow should start in around two weeks, and the harvest window will likely be somewhere around 12–15 weeks later :seedling::hourglass_flowing_sand: Because I dry everything more or less openly, my whole house smells super strong like weed during the drying process :no_mouth:‍:fog::house: Honestly, that doesn’t bother me personally at all, and since it’s legal here now, it’s not a huge issue either. bonjour je tente ma chance car mon setup est le candidat idéal pour prouver l'efficacité du Dry Rocket dans des conditions extrêmes ! Mon dilemme est total. Je cultive dans une cave très humide, ce qui m'oblige à rester enfermé dans une pièce isolée. La chaleur de mes lampes rend l'air trop sec (50% d'humidité) pour un bon séchage. Je suis coincé entre les risques de moisissures à l'extérieur et le séchage "paille" à l'extérieur. Véritable défi technique : Si le Dry Rocket gère mon séchage début juillet malgré la chaleur de ma chambre, il peut tout supporter ! Transparence et passion : Je n'ai pas le setup le plus cher du monde, je donne la priorité à ma famille avant mon matériel, mais je suis ultra consciencieux dans mes journaux de cultivation. Moment parfait : 4 vendanges prévues début juillet, je suis prête à documenter chaque étape avec précision. ​J'ai besoin que ce partenaire fasse un pas en avant sans sacrifier mon budget familial. Hey everyone :wave::seedling: I currently dry my harvests in a renovated basement room where I hang whole branches instead of individual buds for a slower and more even dry. The room is connected to my grow setup, so the air is constantly exchanged through the exhaust systems of my two tents. Depending on the season, temperatures are usually around 18-21°C during colder months and 20-23°C during warmer periods, with humidity mostly between 55-65%. I use a humidifier and dehumidifier when needed, although the dehumidifier is definitely used more often. I mainly grow organically with BioTabs and focus heavily on quality over quantity, so preserving terpenes and aroma is extremely important to me. My biggest problem is consistency during drying. Every harvest dries a little differently and I often notice terpene loss and that typical hay smell, especially during warmer weeks. I also still have one corner in the basement with old moisture damage and wall mold, which always makes me uncomfortable while drying.:disappointed_relieved: Another issue is the smell control, once I open the basement door, the whole house and even outside area smells strongly.:sob: My drying times are usually around 8-10 days, but I never fully feel in control of the process. That’s exactly why the DryRocket interests me so much. I would love to see how much a more controlled environment could improve terpene retention, aroma, consistency and overall flower quality. My next harvest should be ready within the next 6-7weeks and includes Candy huslte, Chicken n Wafflez, mango sherbert and nutter budder. I document my grows in detail and would absolutely share the full drying process, environmental data and final smoke results with the community. I think my setup would make for a very realistic test because many homegrowers deal with similar non-perfect drying conditions. :seedling::green_heart:
