Starting dry cycle @ 18 °C (~ 65 °F) bulb / 12.2 °C (54 °F) dew point = 68 % rH sloping down to dry cycle @ 18 °C (~ 65 °F) bulb / 9.8 °C (50 °F) dew point = 58 % rH in &quot;cure&quot; mode. Then storing in mason jars. Works great for me.
