<span class="link_user">@Polodk</span>, Thank you man! Yes its exactly that! I don&#039;t veg for most of the grow under those lights. Typically i&#039;ll start using the light after transplanting and i&#039;ll let them veg for 10days or so and would always try to keep 30-45cm distance @ 50%. I&#039;ll go up to 75% after 1st week of flower, and 100% at 3-4 week. Right now I can&#039;t go any higher and some buds are around 20-30cm away from the light.
