I have seen people doing the 48 hours of darkness idk if works because i have bin doing mine just for 24 hours . Try it if i would say if don&#039;t work you know for next time i probably keep for 24 hours

<span class="link_user">@DevilsBud</span>, never really thought to go on smells alone, no guides tell you that, im about 9 weeks into flowering now myself, what do you think of the 48 hour dark period before harvest? think its worth trying in my case if theres a chance in helping the trichomes amber?

<span class="link_user">@DevilsBud</span>, how much amber did you have before losing the smell? i always seemed to have harvested on the early side in most my grows due to inexperience and bug mold problems etc, in this new controlled well ventilated sealed area i made, ive had none of those problems for this grow its gone smooth, so i really want to try experiencing the bud towards the later side of harvest, 30% so amber, i just wish these trichs would amber, starting to think the white widow never will and the haze might take 2 weeks or more into the last depths of the plants possible life cycle.

<span class="link_user">@DevilsBud</span>, thanks mate I&#039;m currently, day 96 (11 days after these photos were taken), really thinking its close to harvest i just want to see more amber trichomes before hand, yet its given all the signs that its ready besides the amber trichs zzz. ill take some more photos in a day or 2 and maybe start chopping!
