Its all up to you when you like to harvest your buds mate depending on the type of high you are wanting to achieve. (see above answer to your question for more info):grin:

Yes it is the right time to harvest, Although amber thricomes will give you a more stoned high, harvesting while clear / cloudy will not turn an indica into a sativa. If you want to get an uplifting high, get a strain as close to 100% sativa as you can get your hand on, even strins that are 90% sativas pale in comparisson to a 100% sativas, unfortunately this will rule out auto strains.

I would leave her a bit longer.. I don’t see any amber trichomes.
