my friend plant these seeds in the pot they'll stay in until harvest germinate them in a paper towel. wait 3 days plant them in some soil that you can pre buff. Then put adequate lighting not to much not to little ... u can use the photone and try get your ppfd at 200-250 ppfd. They need more light thats why they stretching...
