For my stomach it&#039;s my favorite strain. Haha, but I couldn&#039;t figure out either it&#039;s a Shiva Shanti or a Shiva Skunk. Maybe next season I&#039;ll also grow a Shiva Shanti. Just like it&#039;s hard to explain what the Northern Lights tastes like. It&#039;s cloves, spicey, also a wee bit pine somewhere. Some strains are quite simple, like a very pronounced pine or lemon taste. But Shiva not. No problem man, ask away! have IBS for almost 19 years. When I have cramps (colon) after visiting the toilet these can be quite heavy. When I use just a small bit of cannabis these cramps mellow out or even go away! So very happy I tried this out. Sorry to hear you both have heart burn from acid reflux. This year I got WAY better thanks to some things. These are: *accepting emotions and not putting them away *drinking a lot of water - not counting tea or juices, just plain water - maybe you could read F. Batmanghelidj Your Body&#039;s Many Cries for Water - super interesting view on health - apply *reading and applying the book &#039;The Clever Guts Diet&#039; by Dr. Michael Mosley - fermenting veggies, making my own yoghurt eating Roquefort etc. *cannabis for pain/cramps and after very stressfull situations When applying these points I gained 9KG since februari. I was way too slim. Also the recovery after eating something &#039;bad?!&#039; is way faster, so everything calmes down faster. Super happy. Fuck, it&#039;s easy to tell all these things while being quite anonimous! Haha. The reason I am telling these points is because I think that drinking enough water and having a healthy colon/intestine is key to good health. For everyone. I had acid reflux for quite some time, it came and went through the years. When I started drinking enough water the acid reflux went away.
